The fact about LP is only one. We haven't got it - - yet. No one has said yes, no one has said no - ... IMHO Someone must have interest in keeping this situation unsolved and work to stall any clear yes/no answer be delayed... Obviously the MATD Ceo and his close collaborators would never name names or reasons as all hell might get loose... Maybe a surprising truth might be revealed at 'fait accompli'

Estragon and Vladimir weren't being very clever on depending totally on an unknown boy for the most important news in their lives... Both of them seemed to be deeply affected by what we call nowadays depressive condition making them unable to move on or do anything different in their lives. A bit like me when I keep on making the same wrong investment decisions

So when would be the likelihood of next sp moving news?

Foreign Withholding Tax Paid

After many years of investing in KMR I have noticed for the first time that 25% was/is deducted off my dividend.

apart my stupidity not to have paid attention to it for so many years, 25% seems a lot - and for what reason? I guess none of investors here are happy about it, so how have you been dealing with this? Is it in some way recoverable?

Brexit? The irony is that we will be rejoining EU in the not too distant future, if not officially, it will be DE FACTO. One after the other UK will maintain/agree/approve its laws in harmony with EU and we will only be left with unending paper work and burocracy

Dozzawba, thanks for your reply. I agree 100% with you and thinking EXACTLY like you and I will go on doing so... However, just for a moment, maybe just like in a fictional game, let's assume we do not get the LP.... As an investor what would be your strategy then?

MATD is my biggest investment BY FAR. I have great hopes for it, and I pray every day we get the LP.....

But --- but as I do not want to end up bankrupt I have to think what will happen if we do not get it?... How low would the sp plunge?... What would your alternative strategy be in that case? Would you still stick with MATD? ... I would appreciate serious investors to give their opinions, please

Mr Buck said previously that the LP has been applied for through the required procedure and there is not much more he can do than wait for a final answer... And that's all he can say and will say no matter how many times you ask him

That's the one thing we can be sure of, someone knows something!

Redirons, what's your personal view about the ASX listing?... As apparently AIM is going maintained - why posters are raising such fuss about it?
