This is a highly volatile stock we are seeing in practice Andy - if you get the chance to buy in low before the next upswing good luck to you. I'm guessing you're not solely gloating without some desire to buy back in after you scare investors to give you shares at under value? Plenty of possible upside events can still evolve to balance your disaster scenario in coming weeks and months before SNG goes lights out right?. Just enjoy the ride.....have fun

The reason is the US investor market launch is soonish linked to consolidation I'm guessing coupled with upgrade to full year financial outturn for 2022

Smartinvestor. I did think of that derisking possibility also but did not articulate it. The delay to progression in the stock consolidation is curious to me too but maybe explainable should it align to a value driving news announcement. This could allow better share price outcome and US investor demand via timely fusion of the two. ..mmmm. we wait to see .

Doughboy, are you able to inform this group the supply chain tonnage back history over the last, say , 12 months? Then we have the rough quantum of the raw material feedstock advancement.

YES we are onto a winner here. Maybe a new contract fulfilment clause that ITX have to maintain certain minimum raw material stock levels to provide security in supply to end client customer. Very important if you are embarking on a new major reformulated brand extension into green eco superabsorbant nappies!

I think they are awaiting a catalyst for the share price to then do the consolidation and US investors marketing ....when; who knows?? They have decided they are doing it soon otherwise we would not have had the due process snd recent vote. It also will increase share demand so there must be a reason for the delay. I don't think CEO share awards is the reason because every director has a fiduciary duty to share value maximise continuously and if they dont I for one will be raising the issue to the listing authorities!

This is a volatile stock with a beta of more than 3 so can ping up as easily as it went down at any point. Just wait for the final outcome to play out. All the positive evidence we invested into may come good.
We all don't know what it is yet but, our original investment hypothesis has not yet been taken off the roulette table so it's 50:50. Rainbow party or bust. Chill

Hi Ghia and Manifesto, I think SNG001 will help LC sufferers with damaged lung tissue just like it will for COPD since those LC folks will have worse lung capacity issues (abnormal damaged tissues and scaring) that means they will be affected more adversely with ANY future respiratory viral infection eg. LC lung damage = more susceptibility like natural premature aging effects. That's my view of course but logical if LC causes irreversible lung damage which it may.

Counter cyclical, counter oil grenn economy, decarb messaging, global warming accelerating....what's not to like in this little gem under a bushel. Hi Verney. A few predictive texts there. What I mean is that US investors are less short term natured investors and they generally value R&D businesses more highly so its a natural path for the likes of ITX to value maximise its share capital by accessing the US market.

I think they must do it PDQ if they believe it would increase market demand (reasonably) for the shares and defend against a hostile low ball offer for the company. Otherwise they are not maximising shareholder value which is the primary objective of company directors. Just look at all the UK to US listing Transfersand dial lists as a broader example.

Correct JD but it does remove a significant barrier preventing a large mass of US investors from investing in ITX. So supply and demand theory points us to a share price accretion in the next 6months, all other factors kept constant.. if you think otherwise maybe sell your shares.

Pro.....my simple advice to you is that knowledgeable investors can also lose their shirts from time to time let alone share apparent technical novices like you. If you've not lost your shirt yet on this stock I would advise you only invest a max of say 10% of your at risk investment capital on SNG. At this price it looks quite attractive but its volatile for sure as you will have seen in the recent past and that should inform you more than comments on here...you need a portfolio strategy for this one.
