The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
I don't think that is possible, but I'm not sure if nods and winks cannot be used between past collaborators and friends like AZN. This is what I'm thinking too. Unsurprising if at the date of the RNS a suitor then arrives fairly immediately with a pre-concocted deal structure and they just refine the price a bit once they see the headline efficacy and safety so they can be the first bidder on the scene.
Tomorrow may be a good RNS day. 2 x 18hr days for the c suite team then relax at weekend before 5 x 12 hr days next week. I would do this because every man and dog maybe hounding them for interviews and coments for 1 week at least continually. Its a breakwater. See you at 7.02am
Just illustrates that SNG is a bargain at this pathetically low SP since daily there is the prospect of more newsflows supporting our potential market access route (agnostic antiviral positioning) even if we get mediocre or average results generated below the Phase 2 signal level in coming days/weeks .....why there are not more punters coming in escapes me right now but maybe Polar are still re-balancing volumes downwards (top slicing SNG profit) to counteract their current otherwise adverse fund performance. Maybe this continuous selling is keeping a lid on the SP coupled with the worry of the return of "that guy" on Friday who escaped out of Broadmoor for the day. Remarkably he has evaporated into the ether now so presumably back in his soft cell.
I've lost the plot on whether these are buys or sells. So many timing and smoke and mirrors....but buys roughly equate to sells overall = approximately static price. Polar could be selling more and someone else buying who knows???
Thanks Matterhorn. Yes very well evolved isn't it for a company with nothing to sell? Wont be long before they setup an IP entrepreneurial holdco and sell across the IP rights to SNG001 to a low tax rate island somewhere to shelter taxable profits from the commercial affiliates.
In my mind there is no reason they should be on any day of the week as they should be urgently rushed out as soon as the Board are happy with the analysis....doesn't have to fall on a Monday, although today would have been nice.
Major Tom told me takeoff ignition will be this next week (he suspects Monday 7am), subject to weather conditions.
For those wishing to exit after day 3, => moon, day 10 => Mars, day 14 => Saturn day 30 => Neptune, then continuing into Space, the final frontier. SNG five-year mission: To explore strange, new worlds; To seek out new life and new civilizations; To boldly go where no man has gone beforeā¦"

We've seen how it doesn't take much trading volume to materially move the ITX SP which can positively ( or negatively ) change sentiment on this stock quickly, especially with any unexpected news or a catalyst driven event changing revenue and profit outlook. Small daily trading has pushed us way below where the intrinsic value (IP Value) should be aligned so I do think this is a very cheap stock to acquire at this moment in time. With the bullish upside referred to by JS , it won't take much to positively change sentiment given the attractiveness of this green stock. I don't see many downside events on the horizon, unless we are hit by an act of God (e.g. weather or freak meteorite strike) again.. So, its a matter of quietly waiting for more commercial milestones or R&D progress news and that appears to have been promised in the trading update. There are many larger volume markets that could easily be accessed and come out of the blue via smart R&D investment and just a bit of innovative serendipity..onwards from here for rest of 22&23! It's the unexpected that will drive us forwards is my bet.
Hi. Yes it's often wrong but for every buyer there is a seller. Price now is ridiculously low, shareholder fear, covid stock history etc. I'm invested for medium to long term. It's double your money in 1 year definitely.
Winit, it's simply a real world example of le chatalier's principle of chemistry and physics. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_Chatelier's_principle
I think Sars cov2, blocks the key innate rrsponse cascade starter motor INF, then there is subsequent dysfunction of the residual components of the innate and adaptive response trying to catchup with the overly rapid nuclear fission of viral particles across many tissues. Its a bit like withdrawing a control rod in a nuclear reactor...meltdown ...boom,
