Just one correction, it was a face to face, it was phone call interview, which lasted c and hour and probably could have gone on a little longer.

I would also add, a number of investors have not picked up on the new data on SlimBiome, and how the science has resulted in the brain switching to healthier food choices with individual realising this. This is new and key marketing data that put SlimBiome out on its own and another thing, we need to switch our thinking about over view that SlimBiome is just a weight management platform, it will be in everyday food stuffs, which will also help people maintain their weight without the dieting mindsetm so they will not just have shakes and bars, but everyday bread, cereals, etc. It's endless....

as we know, it's all about cycles with OPti (dropped to 49p today so bought in again).

it will drop again in the 40's so worth buying when this happens..

bazzao - Thank you for your kind words. It's hard going on my own and holding down a full time job, so little encouragements are a little boost. I'm not a wealthy PI and certainly not a high net worth, but even so, I do try to help others where I can. Its part of the fun, but how long I'll be motivated is anyone's guess.

I could be wrong, but as I understand it OPTI wouldn't qualify for any royalties from SBTX business, it would merely be material appreciation of the asset class, being the shares. As SBTX IP appreciates, so should the company, but there is likely to be a lag until the market grasp the real value by the cash the IP generates.

Yes, OPTI could opt for selling smaller tranches as little and as often as they like. OPTI are in control of the divi. However, I'm sure they wil do it in the most tax efficient way possible.

It won't once they have sold them. The idea was to create a spin out, which in turn created value for OPTI during the period it held the shares and also been viewed as a carrot for PI to invest in OPTI. Rather simplistic opinion.
