RE: OPTI SOH chat Part28 Aug 2018 13:11
A number of things to consider. The low entry point can blind you from the fact SBTX has not been derisked on any it potential platforms, OPTI has, on everyone of them. Sure, I'm very confident SBTX will pass the human trials with flying colours, which will result in a significant rerate, as I pointed out.
By not holding OPTI, you miss out on the appreciating value of the 42%,which will make a material difference to OPTI's SP. You also miss out on any future spinnout. SOH strongly hinted of a possible NASDAQ listing, this could be for either OpticBiotic platform and or SweetBiotix, both would be worth c£200 each, of which OPTI will hold a large chunk....presumably somewhere in the region of 40%....just a guess on my part, this have NOT been indicated to me. There is also a possible trade sale or IPO of the online site, again, this would, like OptiBiotic, SweetBiotix and SBTX, result in some sort of dividend, either cash, shares or mix.
I have even got to the best part....there were very strong hints of multiple deals from TATA, SweetBiotix and a LP-LDL Pharma deal, anyone of which could transform OPTI overnight.
So, I ask you in all sincerity, do you think you will get more of a bang for your book?
I have more SBTX than OPTI shares....not in terms of value, just numbers. I won't be selling any for years to come, or until OPTI and or SBTX hit my initial price.
