Hi Chikungfunk, I thought your query was answered via the blog yesterday with the following extract, which is quite telling.
SOH confirmed the following;

He also reiterated any increased staffing costs are expected to be offset by lower R&D and IP costs ;
"In practice, we should see a decrease in R&D costs and IP costs and an increase in people costs as we add more people to the team and appoint people who have greater industry experience. Some of this will be counterbalanced by evolving the team in the same way we transitioned Per, Christina, and Luis but there will be a net increase in people costs and probably a net increase in admin costs overall. We may also need to strengthen the board in preparation for any future listing on another market e.g NASDAQ as the ability of a small number of investors/MM’s to shift the price artificially is a big concern to institutional investors."
My reading of the above is a continuation of tight controls on costs and not material uplift in PLC cost as the business grows because the virtual company model does not require huge Capex.
I think we all hate AIM. It's a cesspit where companies like OPTI can be easily manipulated because it has a very high retail investor base. It isn't helpful either when the conspiracy theorist spread nonsense about a syndicate short attack when there is no evidence to support it, other than the obvious pattern to the trades, which could be traders exiting because of the SP stalled again. Same old rinse and repeat.
Of course, short conspiracy can easily be supported by those purporting to be part of it, by simply screenstooting open trades and edit sensitive info, which easily is uploaded to the other ADV PM facility to investors they have been spreading the conspiracy to, this would support their efforts and all future attacks. However, this will not happen because the conspiracy is being spread by Walter Mitty types. In any event, I have a firm grip on my holding, only SOH can loosen my grip on them, and I don't see that happening this year.
