RE: Croda deal + sales4 Jan 2022 15:37
Wow, seriously! Croda/Sederam has not been swept under the rug. It would help if you were realistic or better understand how corporates work. They are not in business to pander to retail investors thirsty for news to trade on the back of; they are building a new brand like nothing before.
Post the results, Stuart was clear; "there is no delay to Croda/Sederma; they are on track. If there were a delay, we would need to announce it to the market."
Stuart is also on record, saying he "does not want SBTX to become a news-driven company." But, sadly, too many retail investors need their hands held as panic sets in because some retail investors are happy to bank profits.
I understand some peeps will have expected an update on Croda/sederma; after all, AxisBiotix was announced; the natural conclusion would be, why has there not been an update on Croda/Sederma? It was my hope, indeed, expectation. However, Croda/Sederma is altogether different because, unlike AxisBiotix D2c, where SBTX is in control, Croda/Sederma controls the news. Like it or not, Sederma will not want its VIP partners known ahead of product launches. They will want to maximise PR through their agents.
I accept it is not as exciting this way, but if you employ logic, it gifts an opportunity to shack the sofa for some more funds and accumulate, assuming you can stomach the SP movement.
