Beanie old boy,
Please accept my most sincere apologies for not recognising your unparalleled expertise and dedication to tracking SBTX since the dawn of timeโor at least since its IPO, like I have. How could I have missed the epic saga of its stock price fluctuations, from the dizzying heights of 76p to the despairing depths of 6p during COVID, all the while plying my trade lapping up trolls' vitriol?
Thank you for gracing me with your wisdom; I'll try to be less of a fool in your esteemed presence.
Here's another fact for you: I'm the same lemming that featured OPTI from under 30p to 130p.
Have a nice life, Sir!

Martin,
Indeed, the drama unfolds in what could be mistaken for a modern-day epistle, albeit one of a rather unnerving variety, delivered not by a gallant suitor but by what one might generously call a 'devoted' troll. My dear antagonist took it upon himself to craft a missive, a "love letter" if you will, though its contents were anything but amorous. The first audience to this unsolicited prose? My wife, no less, added an extra layer of intrigue to the saga.
However, our intrepid troll, cloaked in the misguided confidence of anonymity, overlooks a few critical breadcrumbs. Today's revelation shines a spotlight on the rather obscure world of MIC, or Machine Identification Code โ a clandestine ballet of yellow dots naked to the human eye, a digital watermark of sorts that whispers the secrets of its origin. Our friend thought he was tiptoeing through the digital shadows, yet little did he realise the stage was set under the watchful eyes of the neighbourhood's digital sentinels โ cameras perched like silent guardians along our street.
The suspect's franchise crib might be a short distance up the road; it is no haven for the coward.
This will be my last on the topic.
Phat epitomises the archetype of an investor who jumps into the fray before whispering sweet nothings into the ears of his comrades at what could generously be described as a less-than-stellar budget film enterprise. His decision to sell off is not so much a loss of faith but an impromptu ballet of regret and recrimination. Picture this: he offloads his shares, only to realise he's missed the memo on the age-old tradition of 'pump and dump', leaving him scrambling to convince the rest of the flock to abandon ship in a desperate bid for some semblance of redemption. The real spectacle, however, is poised to unfold with the commercial stride of Croda/Sederma, where Phat is likely to be put through the wringer for his theatrics. One might say a tad uncomfortable for someone of his esteem, akin to a Shakespearean tragedy set in the boardroom.
Talking of tragic love stories...
The hand-delivered love letter was well received by Dibble this am.
Pathetic!
Despite ongoing concerns about the health impacts of non-sugar sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose and stevia, these sweeteners are increasingly found in a variety of foods and beverages, including those aimed at children. A viewpoint published in JAMA Pediatrics by three experts on the topic emphasizes that research on the health effects of non-sugar sweeteners in children is urgently needed.

OPTI does not manufacture anything.
In the marathon of innovation, patience pays off. #SweetBiotix is not just a breakthrough in sugar alternatives; it's a testament to the diligent journey from lab to table. For the visionary investor, this is where long-term value blooms. ๐ฑ #OPTI #HealthInnovation #PatientInvesting

Mad,
If all three are accretive, and the CB is sold on SA's strategy, they may, just may, lock them away. IHMO, too many lemmings allow misappropriated CBs by other Companies to cloud their judgement. The fact that SBTX bagged the ยฃ3m placing for working capital was an astute move that missed me the most.
I'll share a post and my response from Substack.

Elric ... The DeathSpiral provider can forward sell whenever it chooses. Ashman and the FD are grotesquely overpaid and have systematically under delivered. Why did the vendor of Derma decide to take all cash rather than the considerable upside delivered by some equity consideration.
My view is SA needs to go.
I will be writing to the Institutions as are others - not that I expect that they will move with any speed. SOH might be the lever to remove SA who is quite clearly adept at feathering his own nest.

Ref the CB provider's next move is a strategic conversion of their warrants into shares - unless you can provide evidence to the contrary, they have not converted any of their warrants. Presently, they're holding their cards close, with not a single share converted. SBTX will signal the change with an RNS. The notion that this automatically translates to a sell-off is, frankly, a bit short-sighted. You've hung your hat on the 5p figure, overlooking the rather intriguing possibility that shares can be snapped up at 20p, regardless of the share price scaling new heights.
Your analysis, while astute, misses the forest for the trees when it comes to the bigger picture. Yes, a lower SP might mean more shares for the CB provider, capped at 19%, but have you considered the upside? Imagine the scenario where SBTX pulls off those accretive deals with aplomb, and Croda brings their A-game to commercialisation. Do you imagine this SA has not sold this scenario to them? I know he has!
As for the Dermatonic founder opting for cash over shares, it's a classic case of different strokes for different folks. In the twilight of his 70s, his financial playbook is understandably more conservative than ours. It's not just about the potential returns; it's about the peace of mind at a stage in life where stability often trumps speculation.
Ref the salary. I have already explained SOH's hand in this and why.
CBF numbers are in. https://lemminginvestor.substack.com/p/skinbiotherapeutics-plc-983
Dermatonics FY accounts are due shortly. SBTX has been working on the old account. I guess they will have to update the financials. I am betting the one-off write-offs are just that.

Hi Bazza,
We can do nothing about the MMs taking liberties with investors needing to raise some funds.
To be honest, I would be happy to see SBTX successfully complete a merger or acquisition. I have conducted extensive research on potential targets and have become somewhat of an expert on small dermatological companies. I don't want all the time and effort I've put into this research to go to waste. I have even prepared a template for each potential target. It's kind of funny, but that's how seriously I've taken this project to go to waste, so I have prepared a template for each potential target. It's kind of funny, but that's how seriously I've taken this project.
Hi Faris,
I think I might. https://lemminginvestor.substack.com/p/the-art-and-agony-of-acquisitions

Hi Clio,
You make a very good point I would like to add to. Lawyers are often skilled salespeople. Their job is to identify legal problems, which may not always be in the best interest of their clients, but rather for the purpose of billing more hours. This can be crucial for their career advancement, such as being offered a partnership.
Hey, PG,
It's not me this time. I hope it's TW just to turn the key in the back of Nick and Giles. :)

So Nick1978 comes clean. The job is done, do you think, Nick? This what you imply.
You are a disingenuous blaggard. You try to claim you made a single enquiry to Chiles when we can all read your history here on LSE. It is not an isolated event, period! You have run a campaign against me for three years, going back to the guild, to which, as of today, you remain the only person to be kicked out. FYI, I hated myself for doing so because it goes against what I believe we all have a right to, free speech, but you abused it. If I am honest, I do not believe you begrudge paying a subscription; the campaign against me has been very personal for you, and we can all see this. SP/TW is collateral damage, as will Cavendish if TW gets his claws out. I am sure Oleric has played his part also, but you, Nick, shame on you. TW's SP has become collateral damage in part because of your vengeful nature and, in part, Chile's ignorance of what are AIM regulations and the best interests of the Companies he represents as the sherpa of aim rules.
Your petty conduct has created a firestorm that detracts from SBTX's work. No AIM regs were breached. Yet, somehow, despite your claims, you "do not look, listen or read any output from the sites in question."; you seem to know rather a lot. Obviously, there is a slight change to your historical claims where "anymore" implies a recent grievance to the November podcast, when before this, you maintained that you had no interest in any of our input. Yet another example of your disingenuous nature.
You have Gaul to whine about the right to reply on a platform you detest!
Don't bother replying to my eyes; I will be applying the filter again. You will be seated next to Oleric in the filter bin. My job is done here.
