You’re not the first to raise this, and I understand why some see echoes of history here. I genuinely do. At times, when I’ve warned about risks only to see them play out again and again, the frustration is hard to shake.

But the reality is this: OPTI now has several years of steady revenue growth and a long list of partnerships – yes, many of which haven’t materially hit the bottom line. We saw ‘competitive tension’ around SweetBiotix push the share price to 130p, and I’ve lost count of the Indian ventures – Apollo included – that looked promising on paper thanks to physical assets, but failed to deliver a meaningful revenue boost.

UMG does give me pause, but I still see genuine opportunity there, provided the necessary cash resources are in place. That brings me to Croda – where my confidence is underpinned by what I’ve been told from reliable sources, offering more assurance until Ashman can speak freely.

I sense that Ashman may have unintentionally overstepped with public comments – VIPs, for instance – and that everything since has been shaped by what he can and cannot say. Just my read of events, but one I feel carries weight.

Al, you heard correctly — we have indeed lost our sponsorship with OPTI. Even TW, while not agreeing that OPTI should have sponsored us (he considered it a waste of money — a view I’d dispute, but that’s another story), nonetheless acknowledged that our reporting was fair, balanced, and critical where needed. Shy, Apologies for stepping into the exchange with Toyin. He had shared the screenshot with me, which I was able to view. Ashman's IMC presentation included specific financial forecasts, along with some verbal commentary.

I also spoke to him about the rather unfortunate Singer note, which — in my view — downgraded both the FY25/26 outlook and the price target. I expressed my concern, as I suspect most would, given the note's potential to exacerbate an already distorted market picture. I'm not quite as bullish as Toyin on the numbers, but I am not far behind, even so, Singer is well off in their '26 FY by at least seven figures.

Ashman assured me the Singer note contained errors. I may be misremembering slightly, but I'm reasonably confident he expected those errors to be corrected before the note was released. Whether it was an administrative oversight on Singer's part, I can’t say. In any case, I hope this context proves helpful.

Belgrano alleges that I passed on information to you without permission and that Josh published or disseminated it—labelled here as "garbage"—with my assistance. This implies collusion or, at the very least, complicity, whether accurate or not.

You're accusing me of sharing the very article I spent a week trying to get taken down. As you've rightly pointed out, it was excessive, and with Josh's chat function disabled, there was no opportunity for a right of reply.

Yes, I’ve liked and shared some of Josh’s more educational content — because, frankly, it’s quite good. What you likely don’t know is that Belgrano messaged me over several days. Despite my suggestion, not once did he reach out to Josh directly.

Instead, pressure was applied to me, presumably because Belgrano mistakenly believed I had a hand in the publication. In reality, my only involvement was helping Josh set up his Substack — which, it seems, has led Belgrano to the false conclusion that I endorsed the article or played a role in its content.

For the record, I removed a post from Josh that directly attacked Belgrano and Alex, and I pinned a message warning against such conduct in future. And yet, somehow, I’m still receiving complaints that I didn’t go far enough — that I should’ve removed the piece entirely. A fascinating logic.

Belgrano may have since rowed back on his claim that I shared confidential trading information — conveniently ignoring the irony that he shared the same information with Josh. Still, there’s been no apology. None. I’m the only one in this fiasco operating under my real name; Josh and Belgrano both hide behind pseudonyms. It’s my reputation that’s been dragged through the mud. And what am I expected to do, exactly?

Let me be crystal clear: I don’t know who Josh is. I don’t control him. I’ve simply tried — with evidently misplaced optimism — to help both parties, and for my troubles, I’ve been thrust right into the middle of it all.

The 3-parter Belgrano posts...that's the one I persuaded Josh not to post. However, apparently, Belgrano failed a trigger test, whatever that is. Belgrano won't tell you I warned him his reputation is diminishing, because a lot of people see what Josh sees. I know because I asked to interpret some of his more cryptic posts. I am suggesting that I agree with anyone, but I felt I should share their views with him.

Belgrano has levelled threats at me while conveniently forgetting the considerable effort I made on his behalf. So this is my reward for attempting diplomacy. Wonderful. Absolutely wonderful.

I've wasted good money on legal fees on Sheedy for far less. It isn't very pleasant because Belgrano should know me better. The fact that he hasn't apologised has given me something to think about.

As a shareholder in OptiBiotix Health PLC, I took a keen interest in your supplement, LeanBiome, particularly in light of the claims made in your press release dated 23 May 2025. However, upon closer examination, the product labelling tells a different story. It notably omits any explicit mention of the key proprietary ingredient, LeanBiome—despite the fact that OptiBiotix agreements typically stipulate that partner products containing SlimBiome, LeanBiome, or OptiBiome must clearly state this on their packaging and marketing materials.

I have today raised this concern directly with Stephen O’Hara, CEO of OptiBiotix, to highlight the potential unauthorised use of the company’s intellectual property and corporate brand. This raises a serious question: are consumers being misled regarding the inclusion of LeanBiome in your product? On the face of it, it appears the formulation may not actually contain the ingredient as claimed, which could be construed as deceptive or potentially fraudulent.

I would appreciate your urgent clarification on this matter.

I seem to recall someone raising a query some time ago regarding Lean for Good and LeanBiome. Rather than grandstanding, point scoring who discovered what and when, back then, when it was not an issue, simply because there were many products with similar wording. However, the use of Lean Biome, as it is spelt, is not the issue, because, rightly so, as SOH states, OPTI has no trademark in the US. In my opinion, it only became an issue when an official press release leveraged OPTI's good name, science, etc., without consent, license, or permission. It was passed onto me by a concerned investor, so, as requested, I approach SOH on their behalf.

I'm concerned because OPTI has no idea if the product linked to the Company could cause health concerns, and therefore tarnish its brand. However unlikely this may seem, is it a risk to be ignored?

Copying and pasting from sources other than those planned by SOH is of no use to anyone. The official press release is still live, which makes OPTI complicit in the deception being played on the consumer—another legal landmine in an exceptionally litigious country.

Example of deceptive conduct. SOH would have been fully apprised of the question put to him, even though, as he explains, "vague" when it did not need to be written any clearer, because the issue regarding LeanBiome in the USA had been brought to his attention by me.

What happened to tge US Company who was almost using your trade mark. Does this impact our trade mark?

There is a much more, potentially serious problem here, other than LeanBiome trademark, it is official release, which remains publicly available today. Why, you might ask?

OPTI name, brand, science and good name, LEVERAGED without compensation, all are at risk, and apparently, this is OK. I contacted the company in question on behalf of the shareholders. Did OPTI?
