If all three are accretive, and the CB is sold on SA's strategy, they may, just may, lock them away. IHMO, too many lemmings allow misappropriated CBs by other Companies to cloud their judgement. The fact that SBTX bagged the £3m placing for working capital was an astute move that missed me the most.

Elric ... The DeathSpiral provider can forward sell whenever it chooses. Ashman and the FD are grotesquely overpaid and have systematically under delivered. Why did the vendor of Derma decide to take all cash rather than the considerable upside delivered by some equity consideration.

My view is SA needs to go.

I will be writing to the Institutions as are others - not that I expect that they will move with any speed. SOH might be the lever to remove SA who is quite clearly adept at feathering his own nest.

Ref the CB provider's next move is a strategic conversion of their warrants into shares - unless you can provide evidence to the contrary, they have not converted any of their warrants. Presently, they're holding their cards close, with not a single share converted. SBTX will signal the change with an RNS. The notion that this automatically translates to a sell-off is, frankly, a bit short-sighted. You've hung your hat on the 5p figure, overlooking the rather intriguing possibility that shares can be snapped up at 20p, regardless of the share price scaling new heights.

Your analysis, while astute, misses the forest for the trees when it comes to the bigger picture. Yes, a lower SP might mean more shares for the CB provider, capped at 19%, but have you considered the upside? Imagine the scenario where SBTX pulls off those accretive deals with aplomb, and Croda brings their A-game to commercialisation. Do you imagine this SA has not sold this scenario to them? I know he has!

As for the Dermatonic founder opting for cash over shares, it's a classic case of different strokes for different folks. In the twilight of his 70s, his financial playbook is understandably more conservative than ours. It's not just about the potential returns; it's about the peace of mind at a stage in life where stability often trumps speculation.

To be honest, I would be happy to see SBTX successfully complete a merger or acquisition. I have conducted extensive research on potential targets and have become somewhat of an expert on small dermatological companies. I don't want all the time and effort I've put into this research to go to waste. I have even prepared a template for each potential target. Their job is to identify legal problems, which may not always be in the best interest of their clients, but rather for the purpose of billing more hours. This can be crucial for their career advancement, such as being offered a partnership.
