I will admit that the recent plunging of the solg SP has caused me some concerns, hence my reaching out to Bob. Like I previously posted, he is highly motivated to getting us a win-win deal. Hence, I am holding on tightly to my solg shares.

I am a SID. I only really got into investing in 2013 and each day is a lesson for sure.

I have listened to solg, and so far the impression I got is that they are uncertain regarding the way forward. I like bold and decisive leadership which I am not seeing from Scott. However, I think that Bob is a no nonsense guy, and I am confident, based on my email exchanges with him, that he will get the job of getting a deal for us done. Hence, I continue to hold.

However, he would be out of business if he fails to consistently pick winners. His fund isn't running on autopilot. He is the guy making the win/lose decisions for the investments which his funds makes.

Warren is hardly on the side lines Quady.

By virtue of the merger, his fund has a significant holding in solg. He knows Bob and Scott which I think keeps him up to date on what the solg movers and shakers are doing while most of us here are guessing at best.

Given his intellectual deficit, the fact that he has clap back with an incoherent response must mean that he is currently busy using google to check the meaning of each of the word in your posts!

I am equally disappointed with the lack of any positive shareholder value outcomes. Instead, all we've had is total annihilation of the SP with no apparent assurance from the BOD that they are whatever they are working on is going according to plan.

But, I will vote for Scott so that he can finish what he started.

And I did voice my concerns to Bob regarding the fact that shareholders value has been decimated when Scott had promised to build shareholders value.

He confirmed that with 153m shares he is motivated to get a better outcome for us.

The main reason I decided to stick with Scott is because we don't have a slate of qualified individuals to replace the current BOD if we vote them out.

I think Warren held because he expected a sale and I think that he didn't expect it to take so long given the talk of copper deficit. I know that he is as frustrated as we are. See Add's recent post re his communication with Warren. He remains bullish.

There definitely has been a more bearish tone from Fort in recent weeks. It would be nice if he would add more colour regarding why he is no longer bullish. I am not sure I agree that its because he sold out and is now looking for a lower entry price. We have already had the 7.82p low.

I have exchanged emails with Bob and he has assured me that he is expending all of his efforts to getting a profitable outcome for shareholders. All we can do now is to wait patiently.

I think folks here will welcome the change in topic rather than the constant drivel from NAL and the die hard bears who come here daily to tell us solg is doomed. Is solg an Hotel California share? Warren Irwin doesn't think it is.

Hi Miln, the highest altitude I've live is in Calgary. I am by no means an expert on living at high altitude. However, I have a friend from Colombia who told me that his relative died when they went to a higher altitude. So, I would imagine that Scott would have to adjust moving from Toronto to Quito.

It could not have been easy for Scott to make the transition from Canada to live in Quito at his age. Quito is at 2,850m above sea level. Altitude sickness starts to kick in above 2,438m. Every time he returns to Canada and then fly back to Quito, he has to become re-acclimated to Quito's high altitude.

He is not there for fun.

You are preaching to the converted here Add where the BOD are concerned. We don't have a slate of suitable candidates to take their place if we vote them out, and would be playing into the hands of parties with malevolent intentions who in the past have been disruptive which prompted the Chairman's letter. I totally agree with you, we must allow Scott time to finish what he started.
