I hope that you are right Mathersfinger. Scott recently said 2 yrs to get permits. Fast and smart was stated over a year ago if I am not mistaken, so that's where my 3+ yrs came from.

It would appears that folks have accepted that we will be here for the 2024 agm! If 24 months is indeed the timescale for getting all the permits, we will be here awhile longer. Hopefully, BBG is correct that moves are afoot to shorten the duration.
