Jack how do you know that solg BOD decided to delay announcing the funding news? Did they confirmed that with you? There could be many reasons why we havent seen an rns like maybe they haven't got the commitment for the funding, and I don't know how you could extrapolate the no news to being a bid being discussed?

However, if we will need to wait for the EL or EV license, and it does take 18 months to 2 years, then I would expect us to be here for the duration. I read that the process might be speeded up.

Well, I said it from January and we are now in August and I can safely predict that feeding at the trough will keep us here for 2 yrs or more. I am not as optimistic as you are regarding things getting done. 7 months into 2024 and so far my prediction is unfolding. Whereas folks thought we would be gone before the 2024 agm.

1984, if no one wants EVs, why are the EU and the USA slapping tariffs on Chinese EVs to protect home producers? I would have thought that such tariffs were unnecessary because market forces would simply stop the Chinese imports. They would not have a market without demand. Hence, I am not entirely convinced that EVs have no future. Range is definitely an issue. Once the charging infrastructure is sorted, demand will pick up at the right price.
