My concern is the planned ASX listing and what impact it will have on my ISA. I'm with Halifax who doesn't allow ASX share trading. So, I will most likely have to another broker who does allow ASX trading, unless of course it will be dual listing. I would like the company to clarify this in more details.

Do you still think that we will be taken out before we produce first ore, given that you have stated that Dan is a financial guy, not a miner? I would appreciate your thoughts on how you see things playing out, production or flogged before selling ore?

Seems to me that ExploreCo will be sold on striking a tier 1 deposit, and a dividend given to PIs. I don't think that we will make it to production. We will be taken out. Dan is not a miner.

Rodney, Redknight didn't earn the name of Lord Braggart because he is humble, meek and mild. He is an old codger who is full of himself and thinks he owns this BB. Add, although I believe that Rodney is way too obsessed with DV's options, he does have a point regarding DV needing to prove himself and not enjoying the accolades resulting from previous actions taken by earlier teams. He needs to make his mark and execute something not previously started by earlier management, like getting ExploreCo up and running, getting the SP back up to a decent level, or better yet, get a deal done that doesn't leave us feeling that we will all be gone by the time anything meaningful happens here. He needs to execute and achieve an outcome that is entirely off his own bat. Perhaps bat is a bit contentious given BS fast and smart😉

Hi Quady, I think the investing climate in Ecuador is becoming hostile for explorers. Hence, I think speed is necessary for us and not trust that the rule of law will save us in Ecuador where we are seeing that they can't even keep their people safe from the gangs and where illegal mining is now a big problem. If I was a new investor now, I would be very cautious about investing in Ecuador.

Add, I smell a rat from Nobby's recent actions re the mining industry and the new onerous fee. Nobby joining the BOD of the state's mining company is the smoking gun to my mind that he has ulterior motives. Had he joing the BOD of the Electricity generating company, I would not be suspicious. But he moved to hobble mining explorers, where the new fee will be more than some company's market cap, tells me he is not impartial. He can't now be trusted to be acting in our best interests. We shall see.

Add, like Quady always said, skills can be hired. They can borrow money like other companies and countries. We are in jeopardy of losing if we don't get a wiggle on.

Am I the only one here who smells a rat with Nobby's actions where mining in Ecuador is concerned?

He brings in this new mining fee which will force foreign companies to relinquish their concessions due to burdensome costs. He then joins the BOD of the state mining company. It seems to me that Ecuador no longer wants foreigners exploring there. They give up, leaves, in steps Enami to snap up the newly vacant concessions, thereby making them a future Codelco in Ecuador. Ecuador will then gets maximum revenues from the entire mining food chain! Another form of nationalisation in all but name. Doesn't surprise me in a climate of growing resource nationalism. Solg needs to move fast to offload Cascabel before it's taken away by Enami.

Clearly Dan is demonstrating that he is less talk more action. A positive movement forward.

As for Mad Jack and his pronouncements, he is twisting I think, therefore I am, into I say it, therefore it must be so!!

It makes no difference what anyone post here, we are still drifting. Like Stas20 pointed out, it's unheard of for a new CEO to take over and not make any attempt to engage with shareholders. Clearly, he holds us in utter contempt. He even missed his own Q2 deadline, and no apology was forthcoming. Rather than spouting your normal lunacy, why don't you contact the company and demand answers instead of labelling people as paid trolls? Oh wait, they won't engage with you because they already know that you are a nutcase who they previously threatened with legal action. Sorry Rich3r, if you bought solg between 3 to 5p, saw the sp goes up to 45p and did nothing to locking your profit, then I have no sympathy for you and you deserve what you got by playing at being the grand old Duke of York, march the sp up, do nothing, and march the SP down, do nothing. Cry of lifestyle company sounds like sour grapes to me. Let's hope that you will still be alive waiting for another 13 years.
