NvS have always spoken of the Zambian legal system, but it doesn't look very good that Mushy was able to use the courts to place Handa in receivership without Arc knowing what was going on! Doesn't Arc have lawyers in Zambia who should have been on the ball knowing that Mushy is disruptive?
