The battle for rare earth dominance is getting hot for sure. With the BFS published, soil break at Saltend, I don't see why £5 shouldn't be possible. I really think that China or Lynas will take out PRE once proof of concept is proven. Big players will move to take out the competition. However, the Govt might move to block a TO by China if the USA trade war is still raging. Everything has a price. Just my thoughts.

Let the good times roll. Happy to be holding PRE. Some journo moaned about the company name change no longer contain the words Rare Earth. To that I say, a rose by any other name is still a rose.

@ShadowBoxer, I must say that the fact that Arc CEO knew from Jan 6th that AA was going to negotiate a commercial transaction but waited until after he carried out a raise at 3.50p before notifying the market regarding the feedback from AA has raised my eyebrows. If I didn't know better, I would say mate rates wete being given out.

People take profit/top slice for various reasons. The is all part of the market actions. People need cash for Christmas, to cope with the pending no deal Brexit & the expect market selloff and falling pound. Nothing to ponder.

The vote could be tight. Assuming BHP, NCM & CGP are against, that rep 34.79% of the shares. Without Blackrock & assuming all other majors vote yes, that is 34.74% of the shares. Blackrock & PI votes are needed to secure a clear win/mandate.

When you said "and their partners Zamsort and Zaco would be against it". I think you meant and their partners IN Zamsort and Zaco would be against it. ARC'S percentage ownership of Zamsort and Zaco is the company in which we invested, and their partner is primarily Kopara led by Raj Patel. NvS mentioned Raj Patel at one of the CC if I am not mistaken.

Why would MM sell now with a possible commercial transaction only weeks away? He isn't facing having to line up at the soup kitchen, so if he is selling what's his motivation? An RNS with assays next week would provide answers.

Why is SP Angel now floating the possibility of Arc generating cash flow from the CSD plant? NvS said in the last call that he wasn't keen on going into production which requires skills which Arc currently doesn't have. His goal is to have the company taken out by a major.
So, what should we read into John Meyer's comments today? Would it be a case of AA & Arc operating the CSD, or Arc going it alone? What would be the implication regarding the expected commercial transaction with AA?
Any thoughts anyone?

Thank you for clarifying F29. I understand the sentiments which Graham1981 has just posted & we shouldn't allow any one poster to dampened sentiments here. We are 1 week into the 5th month and I am hoping that we will start to hear more about the EA from NvS. AA appear to be fully committed to expansion in Africa, and that can only be a positive for us.

@F29, since I have started following this share I noticed that you have referred to China as a "parasite" several times. Can you share with us how you arrived at that conclusion please?
What is this obsession with China anyway? Surely the imminent news is a more worthy topic of discussion.
I previously stated that the assays would not be released because AA wouldn't allow it. Some posters disagreed and even got an email from NvS confirming that AA isn't holding back the results. Yet, several months on, no meaningful assays have been published. I can see why investors are starting to become restless when Cu price is surging and ARCM SP is not benefiting from that positive sentiment.

Speaking of crime Finn, what do think of this bit of statistic:

Thank you Trisse, it is reassuring to know from the company that AA/David Woods are still engaged in the Technical DD of Arc. Another Investor Call now that we are half way through the 6 months period would be nice.
