I don't have to explain myself to anyone and I have every right to moan about the poor management who can't even plan and dig a hole without messing up. At least I haven't descended into the muck level of call Chinese derogatory epithet. So glad that admin removed that offensive post.

I am always dubious of posters who are comfortable with a company SP falling from £2+ to 74p and who are happy to watch management mess up when they selected a site which isn't fit for purpose and think it's great performance and bold execution of strategy. Meanwhile other ordinary companies are making big bucks doing simple things successfully.

I am inclined to agree with British_Mike. PRE trying to run before it can walk. MP Materials are following that model and are making more than pennies. They have revenues while executing their plan to get more from the value chain. In fact, they could buy us without losing sleep. God, I do hope they take us out before we become the laughing stock of the LSE which is where we are heading.

Irrespective of what folks think of Theo & DP, it doesn't change the fact that instead of us reading that the PRE plant construction is progressing and is x% completed, we are reading that the plant isn't being built, and that a new PP has been submitted to which the locals have lodged objections. We are not hearing from the company regarding what mitigating actions they plan to take. We need clear answers.

Cheers Shareaction. So PRE submitted a PP for Saltend without first checking if the site is suitable for the intended purpose!? Gross negligence I think. Now the good residents at the proposed new location have objected. So now we have nowt. I won't be surprised to see the SP at 40p this rate. A monumental screw up. If it was up to me heads would roll.

Henderti, even if PRE takes over PEK's Teesside Plant, our BOD would still find a way to muck things up & introduce unnecessary delays. Here is hoping 1 of the more agile, capable companies step in and take over while we snooze.

I know that China didn't say that he has 20m shares. I was making a point that is how he is coming across like only his view of PRE is valid. Meanwhile, shareholders are left guessing if we have a resubmission of the PP, when we should be hearing how the plant building is progressing.

At this point China, I would rather read the posts from Dumbpunter and Theo than spend my time going through your pompous, self-important, condescending, look at me I have 20m shares so my opinion is more valid than yours, posts. Cheers SunDrum, I am not for 1 minute being taken in by Dumbpunter and Theo. I am merely commenting that from my observation, their posts are polite. Content validity can be debated.
Full disclosure I have Chinese relatives and I don't appreciate them being referred to in the manner in which China has done. I make my own decisions about when I buy and when I sell. But, polite discussions are always welcome in my view.

China, not only are you ill mannered, you appear to be lacking in knowledge too. The Yanks are not a race whereas the Chinese are. Dumpunter and others are polite in their posts while you come across as rude, opinionated, think you know everything about PRE. You are in severe need of a lesson in humility.

Sorry China, I take exception to your recent posts.
Firstly, I don't like the use of the term "chink" which you have used below. I think it's ****** and not a term of endearment.
Secondly, we are adults and are capable of making decisions about our investment. We have the right to comment on the poor performance of the company and management and don't need to be lectured to by you and Dumbpunter.
I am not impressed with the company now having too submit a new planning application while other companies are moving ahead, we are messing around.
Finally, I am starting to question your agenda.
