Not blaming PA for site visit. Anyone with Project Management experience knows that it's 80% planning and 20% execution. Why couldn't he pick a site that met the company business strategy first time? I blame him for the lack of progress regarding where we are now when compared to the plan he communicated previously. According to that plan, we should be building with a view to commissioning next year. Hence the August 24th announcement of ground being broken. TQC, get it right first time. Oh, pick a site, get approval, then discover its not fit for purpose, not big enough for expansion/growth is short sighted and incompetent. I expect that current rate of progress, August 2023 we will be no further along. As for funding, what have the Norwegians found for us after looking for so long?
Oh yeah, PA brilliant manager who is successfully executing and delivering ahead of schedule. He under promised and over delivering and I just can't see that. Right!

What is going on behind the scenes is irrelevant at this point. What matter is result. If the management was competent, they would pick the right site first time and would not be now waiting for PP on a 2nd site. Gross incompetence on their part. I don't care what you lot think about me. You are welcome to see your investment go nowhere after being told August 24th 2021 that ground breaking has taken place and here we are in May 2022 with no progress, no funding, no finance. Yep, you are all so brilliant at investing in seeing failure as a cunning plan on the part of PA.

I agree that PA has no control over the council and it's deliberations. However, let us not forget that this is the 2nd site, 2nd submission off PP. If this company was being managed effectively, we would not need 2 rounds of PP, and construction would be well on its way at the first site already. The man in his zeal to be the world's greatest chose a site not fit for purpose, hence the 2nd set of PP. Meanwhile, we wait while other companies are actually making progress.

I am British and Canadian FYI China, and I don't need lessons in good manners from the rudest most disagreeable poster on here. Plus, don't get me started on the fact that Australia was founded as a penal colony. I post openly. You only see my posts but ignore the failure of useless PA to manage this company properly. He can read my posts describing him just like you can. He is utterly useless and I will remind everyone in 2 weeks when no progress has been made here like you predicted.

Sorry PreNut, it's worst than that. Original date was April 18th with building to start in June. Then the expiry date got changed to 6th May. Now you are saying that has been changed to 10th June! So when will building start now? China got upset when I called his mate PA useless, and when I said that March 2023 we will still be waiting for something to be done to progress the project. Utter shambles! Now he has a 2nd company to make into the world greatest, I fear that PRE will be forgotten. PA is utterly useless. Not sure why he is still allowed to draw a salary?!

I don't ever recall reading a post from Her Majesty bragging about companies she has invested in, nor go on every BB putting others down in an adversarial manner. You are not worthy of comparing yourself to her. Apply your efforts to getting your useless mate to pull his finger out.

Dumbpunter, don't expect him to spot the inherent conflict of interest with his statement about being a friend of PA and posting here. That would require integrity. Besides, that's his bragging rights which justify his rudeness.

Tony, since I started posting here, I have noted how you respond to folks who are critical of you. You are always polite, and demonstrate good manners in your responses.
I also note China's posts on here and on ADVFN and he is always rude, and adversarial to other posters who doesn't agree with him on both BBs. I don't use Telegram, but some from there have been on here and voiced their issues with China. So, I think he could learn from you how to handle difference of opinions without being rude. He is the reason folks are staying away from here.

So what happened to the April 18th PP for the new site? Do we still think the world greatest Chairman will be able to carry out the ground breaking in June 2022 or is that now June 2023?
I can well understand how we lost the empire with management of this caliber.

Oh dear! So the great man messed up PRE and now he is off creating another world first elsewhere? I would laugh if it wasn't for my investment. He can't do a good job with 1 company, now he has 2 to mess up?

China, please leave me out of your hypocrisy. Like I posted and Lewis reiterated, if PRE was executing and delivering, we would all be happy. All Paul does is talk and talk. You only have strength to have a go at us while ignoring the company's failures to meet stated time lines. Company is perfect and we are the problem because we expect progress. Hypocrite! !

I am fairly sure that if PRE were successfully achieving it's business objectives on schedule, generating cash flow, and thereby growing shareholders value, no amount of bearish posts on here would impact the SP. Why should the SP rise when management haven't started the plant, and are now in the process of seeking PP for a new/alternative site? The buck stops with management, not bearish posters. The antidote to their posts is for this management to execute and deliver for once.

Given the current global supply chain disruptions, I find it hard to believe that PRE will be able to obtain PP in April and commence construction in June. The management doesn't strike me as the type with the foresight to have ordered long lead time materials ahead of time given their failure to select a site suitable for the intended plant. No, I fear late 2022 at the earliest assuming PP is granted.

I guess that the market doesn't believe that ground breaking mark 2 will happen any time soon. Oh well, back to waiting.

Theo, I am curious to see how PRE will get the world beating mines to magnets capability without actually building it! Perhaps it be like the immaculate conception applied to mining.

After all this time, all the talk, the word I expected to read is COMPLETED, not ADVANCED. No idea how long it will take to change advanced to completed. We could still be waiting a year from now.

China, you are being disingenuous. All we have had are delays, confusion, no tangible achievement. All of what you have mentioned are projections, plans, with nothing actually achieved. I would take responsibility if I was responsible for the lack of progress. We are no further ahead than we were this time last year. I fear that come March 2023 we will still be here posting our opinions with nothing done. PA and management are directly responsible for the lack of progress. I would be very happy if we saw something being accomplished rather than plans and schedule which leads to nowhere. Heck, they can't even select a suitable site. I will be quiet when milestones are being achieved.
