Sun, rather than beating up on me, a humble PI who has lived up to his side of the contract when I bought the stock, why don't you direct your ire at the management who have so far failed to live up to its side of the contract by getting things done? So far the only thing PA has achieved is moving the listing from Oz to London. Nowt else. Perhaps he is now busy working on moving the listing from London to New York to justify his existence! Can you honestly tell me that you are happy with the progress he has made to date? I will not be cowed or silenced by you or any other ostrich on this BB. I have as much right to voice my disappointment as you have to ramp while nowt value added as been achieved. I will continue to moan, whinge as is my right, even more so because I know that it bothers you. Why don't you grow a pair and ask Paul to accomplish something other that banking his salary? He is so far ineffectual with grandiose pronouncements, but no actual achievement to bring them to fruition. Pathetic, absolutely pathetic.
Tony, to date I like the way you come across. Respectful of others while offering another perspective for consideration. I appreciate that. I will take on board the points which you have made.

Whoopi do, PA reduced project costs. He is still only blowing hot air. Where is the actual finance to get the projects started? Reading between the lines it sounds like he was told to go away and reduce costs before the financial houses would consider his application. Meanwhile, I still don't know which Saltend site will be developed.

@Bozi, I do own my investment decisions. I am 100% certain that every PI expect the management of the companies they invest in to do their bit to grow shareholders value. So far it's 1 sided with all the onus placed on the PI while the management enjoy fat salary, carry out raises, and don't follow through on their stated objectives. So rather than stating the obvious, why don't folks hold the management feet to the fire for their lack of progress? SP don't tank when a company is successful in achieving it's business objectives and growing shareholders value. There are reasons why this one SP keep falling.

Here we go again, Paul increasing the wage bill while doing nowt to generate cash flow. I'll take the mention of the word placement as a signal regarding what to expect next. Nice to see the company placing the focus on Institutional investors while completely ignoring PIs some of whose positions are down 60%+ . I think it will be months before Virginia is able to respond to PIs seeking answers.

China, it would appear that in your rage you are putting words into my mouth. Please read my last post again. I said that "I am sure that everyone will agree that Pensana will need more than the ATF grant..." I did not sat that the ATF grant is a no-goer. Are you suggesting that the ATF will cover all of the funding PRE require? I don't think they will. The company will need to finance the bulk of what is required. The Norwegians have been trying since August 31/21 to secure the finance and have not done so to date as far as we know.
Scanning the RNSs from February 2021 till now and what has management achieved over that period?
-Name change.
-Delist in from Asx, relist in London.
-Increase wage bill hiring Rocky.
-Fund raise and issue equities.
-Breaking ground at Saltend. Not sure what that now means.
-Sign cooperation with Equinor.
None of the above brought cash in. Hence a raise must be due shortly.
Finally, I agree 100% with Theo's post.

I am sure that everyone will agree that Pensana will need more than the ATF grant in order to achieve its stated business objectives. It was reported that the Norwegians were enlisted to get the finance in place. So, the lack of progress in securing the non-ATF finance rest entirely with PRE and are to be held responsible for that funding not being secured. It's not the fault of PIs. Meanwhile, uncertainty and confusion reign supreme and the SP is digging a hole to China. Indeed, that is the only mining taking place here.

Unfortunately Skulker, what you have experienced is why I don't join groups. Only their views are valid, and one is denigrated for any display of independent thought. Unfortunately, we have a few pratts on here too who think they own this board, and that only their mindless ramping is valid, even with the failure of the plant getting built and the SP making new 52wks lows!

No SunDrum, I didn't bet the house on PRE. I have to extend my sympathies to DOS given his exposure here. I am an Engineer by profession with Project management experience. In my field, time to market is everything. Failure to meet product development and launch commitments and milestones mean losing out to the competition. So, with my mindset, when a manager outline his/her plans for a new product with a target date in mind, the cross functional team are given the resources to execute and deliver. I would not have kept my job if I was always late with my deliverables and causing late product launch. I expect Paul to live up to the plan which he outlined. He has fallen behind and don't see fit to explain to shareholders why. Some here are happy to wait years for him to finally deliver. If he can't select a site and get the plant built, then what use is he? I have given a year here, and I don't intend to spend 3 years waiting when his track record is not one of achieving milestones. He appear to be only good at changing the listing from one market to another. Let's see where he gets to in another 3 months.

From your response SunDrum I guess you are young person. I have more years behind me, than I have ahead of me. Each year I am grateful that I made it to see another year:)

Cheers Tony, sound advice. PRE isn't my only stock. The egos are irritating like folks don't have the right to voice their disappointment with a management who make promises, appealed to our patriotism, and then seem unable to do what they say they would do. I know you have written to them and posted their responses, but there comes a point where they need to communicate with us and clear up any misconception various news articles may have caused. So far, nothing. And I agree, a raise cannot be far away. It's not like they have done anything to generate cashflow.

No one is ****ging off those who decide to hold, so I don't see the need for ****ging off those who choose to sell. Everyone are free to decide for themselves. Not everyone is strong enough to watch their investment decimated by 55, 50, 40%, and the establishment of new 52wks low, and still believe that management are doing a great job. They can't even start construction of the plant. Instead, we have confusion around PP. Govt funding pledge is meaningless when everyone have been expecting funding to have been awarded. Utter train wreck made worst by egos making out that the current situation is a brilliant display of capable management who are executing and delivering.

Astro, I am still holding, but I am also considering leaving. Take my loss rather than lose it all.
It's all very well for folks to state what the company said, stated. They have said a lot and achieved none of it. For me, action speak louder than words. Where is the plant? Where is the funding? We have PP being resubmitted, but we are not getting the full story.

Sorry that you decided to leave Astro, but I understand your reasons. We got in here about the same time with high expectations which are currently not being fulfilled. No point having assets and not bothering to monetize them. Best of luck with your next investment.

Utter tosh! Delusional ramping is as bad as deramping. I am a SID. If I sell, it will be because the management have so far failed to get the plant started, created confusion around PP, and have not kept its promise to engage with shareholders. Worst of all, the SP is in free fall and they haven't seen fit to update the market on any meaningful achievement. I guess they have none to report. Talk of world first is meaningless when there don't appear to be any work being done to make that a reality. I am not impressed.

The rapid decline of the SP surely mean that there is no need for jealousy because all one will have to is wait a few more weeks and share will be so cheap that even a widow's mite can be used to buy a shed load of this particular share. The only question will be should one throw good money after bad.

No one need to do anything to bring Paul down. He is doing a great job of that all by himself. There is uncertainty surrounding the plant location. I emailed him asking questions regarding the PP when that article came out. So far no reply. He hasn't kept his promise to engage more with shareholders. If it is true that he picked the location for the plant which is now unsuitable, he deserves every criticism. He isn't impressing me so far.

No, I don't believe in joining groups. I believe in individualism. At this rate we will be lucky to see production starting in 2024. I am struggling to recall the last accomplishment here.
