You are not alone Astro, my average is 147. Like you, I also decided not to buy anymore PRE shares until they have achieved a meaningful milestone. I think we will have to hold for a year to make our money back. I am disappointed that the company isn't further along with the financing. About 2 interviews ago Paul was smiling giving the impression that financing was all sorted. Now we find out that he has only just started to address the matter. Oh well, what's 1 more year heh.

Agree with you China regarding TO. I have long felt that PRE was likely to be taken out by MP. MP have said that acquisition of what they don't have is a key strategy. They have the fortress balance sheet which they built up from dealing with China while we still in our infancy. Everything has a price. If the price is right, bring on the TO.

Cheers Tony, I did note the Q4/2021 statement. I guess more patience is required. I am reassured by the offtake discussions, will have a positive impact once firm agreements are in place.

I am a tad disappointed that the financing effort isnt further along. I guess covid delayed things. I am pleased that offtake discussions are making progress.

Tony, there don't appear to be much of a gap between Paul resigning from Berkeley, and him appearing at Pensana Metals. He also seem to love doing market listing as a key strategy. I am a tad concerned that he is very quiet given the SP took a beating going from 200p to where it is now. I like visible leadership who know how to calm nerves during difficult times. I am not turning negative, but I am concerned.

Hi China, I have followed your exchanges with Hamilton on the other board with interest. Recently he made unsubstantiated claim about the ATF. So, I know he is a fake. However, the list of companies which he mentioned where Paul has had a poor performance history, and given that people like Astro are down 50% here, do you think he is right about Paul? If he is wrong, can you share with us please why you still have confidence in Paul?

Joe, I agree with you that this is a quiet board. Only recently we suddenly have a flood of derampers rack up and started spewing dross. This one doesn't even know that PRE isn't on AIM.

Sound very similar, with the same objective of talking down PRE and instilling doubt. One must ask why is he so persistent?

Mike, Lynas & MP have an head start in building "Fortress Balancesheets". Hence, I think PRE is at greater risk of being taken out by one of those 2 companies.

PRE would not be starting work at Saltend if the finance wasn't already sorted. They would just be wasting everyone's time otherwise. Happy to see the work plan being executed.

I listened to MP's Q1 call. They only see Lynas and doesn't see PRE on their radar. CEO made a comment re no one else will have a separated reo capability any time soon, and that no one is carrying out fund raising to set up a separated reo factory. Hence, I concluded that they don't think much of us! He also said that he has a fortress balance sheet for accretive investments to be the number 1 western suppler of rare earth. So, I am getting the feeling that once they feel competition from us, they will move to take us out. Any thoughts?

You made a valid point Bwana regarding cyber security. We have seen what happened to the USA recently. A certain Waterloo, Ontario company has an anti-virus solution which don't react after the event, but use Ai to actively detect viruses & implement preventative measures before harm can be done.

@beardozer I welcome your input and I didn't use the term deramper. What I am conveying is that PRE rare earth products will be used by both EV and Hydrogen vehicles in their traction motors. So, it really shouldn't adversely impact PRE whichever of the 2 technologies gain dominance in the years to come.
I don't have any comparison data on refueling rates at present. However, I do know that work is ongoing to develop fast chargers for EVs so that the time involved would be comparable to filling up at a petrol station. I would be very impressed if Hydrogen vehicle manufacturers include a charging socket on each vehicle so that the battery packs can be charged directly at a charging station which might not have hydrogen available. That would allow journeys to continue. I personally would prefer to buy an hydrogen vehicle because of its superior range. We are at the start of the new green energy age. Once it is in full swing and companies are making money, that will unleash creative talents. We can all agree that we want Britain to have a dominant position in the new age.
