Totally agree with you 1982. After coming out chastising previous management, I thought Scott would be a nonsense guy who would get things done. I'm so disappointed with him. So far all he has done is move his snout closer to the trough, and instead of banging on about first mover advantage, he is obsessed with the rocks. Too much flipping talking and not enough outcomes.

Tesla, lots of folks posted here that a bid could come at any time. For me, a bid is synonymous with a deal. Not beyond impossible for someone to bid before August 20th.

I wrote to Scott and gave him a good ticking off after the June 22nd IP regarding him giving us a vague presentation, for changing the SR to being open-ended, for not communicating any near-term deliverables which would turn the SP around, for not saying anything to reassure us that solg is now in capable hands after his critique of previous management, and I also asked him exactly what he is doing to earn his salary given that solg is currently not carrying out any exploration. Suffice to say, he never replied to me. But that's OK, I think he is now fully aware that we have expectations and that he should deliver shareholders value like he promised.

If the coming meeting is more of the same, I will telephone him and voice my displeasure.

Careful F29, your poor character is starting show. Perhaps you are losing your temper because after 5 years of ramping arc, praising NVS, buying the dips, the SP is still failing to reach the 10p, 15p, and 20p which you have expected for so long.

Steve, it would take a novel to write here how terribly wrong F29 has been over the past 5 years:

-10p when the exclusivity agreement lead to a deal. It did not after a year and he kept ramping and did not see the failure of the EA coming.

-The dispute with Mushy was without merit, and that Mushy would go to prison. Arc ended up settling with Mushy, and he didn't go to prison. All the while he kept ramping.

-The fiasco surrounding Casa. Still no money paid, but F29 kept ramping.

-The fully funded raise which landed in the middle of F29 ramping campaign.

-Arc becoming cash generative from mining the copper oxide at Cheyeza. Never happened, but F29 kept on ramping.

-The jv which cannot seem to cross the line, but F29 is still ramping and buying the dips. He must have extremely deep pockets to have bought the almost infinite number of dips in arc SP over the past 5 years.

I could go on, but the list of F29's wrongs would be endless.

Thank you Ag for pointing out an alternative interpretation of Warren's comment regarding the Chinese. I must admit that many, many years have passed since I got my English Language O'level.

My inference is based on the fact that the Chinese are amongst the parties in our data room. They are likely to be chatting with Solg personnel while accessing the data room the possibility exist that the question of how much are you willing to pay might have come up. Further, it is not unreasonable to infer that they would not be in the data room if they weren't interested in acquiring solg or cascabel. Until Scott provides more definite information, we are all left with guessing and making inference.

From 11:26 onwards. Hence, I inferred from him saying that Chinese wanting to buy it, that they stated a price which wasn't accepted. It would be strange for them wanting to buy and not putting a tentative price forward. Might be wishful thinking on my part, but this waiting with Scott seeming to be not in a hurry to get the ball rolling is extremely demoralising.

Scott and his open ended SR, cannot confirm anything, and moving his snout closer to the trough in Ecuador has pretty much killed the SP.

Warren Irwin said the Chinese wants to buy us. So I guess they made a derisory offer which we rejected, hence the need for the mine plan to try and attract more players to the table so that we can get that oft talked about competitive bidding on the way.

Strange that BHP hasn't shown any interest in us after they failed to disrupt the BOD. Let's hope that the dam will break soon and we will be flooded with offers.
