You chose to focus on me rather than respond to the critique of the world's greatest performance which has brought the company to where it is now, on the verge of bankruptcy. It really doesn't matter whether I sold or held, which is what you are asking, it will not change the fact that nothing has been achieved here by the inept except successfully dropping the SP from £2+ to 21p+. That is what matters to investors. He is useless, and you are disingenuous because after all that has been said, you still don't have the integrity to admit that it is his failures which has resulted in the fall of the SP and that is not a commendable performance. Instead, you prefer to focus on posters and on being vile. One can respect Tony for openly admitting his change of position. Whereas all you do is wriggle like a worm on a hook. The fall of the SP has more to do with the world's greatest failures, than my decision whether I sold or held.

Perhaps your friendship with the world's greatest is preventing you from looking logically at his failure to deliver and the decimation of the SP. If this was any other stock, I believe that you would have looked at it with the eyes of an investor who wish to preserve his/her capital.

How can you regard the fall of the SP from £2+ to 25p as a good thing? How can you be supportive of the fact that 2 yrs down the road despite the many promises, the funding still hasn't been secured and the plants which were supposed to be commissioning at this date still haven't been successfully achieved?

It really doesn't matter what the Yanks want at this point does it? The fact is anyone who invested at 147p would be down 82% now. I think the world's greatest is the one who has been playing investors for mugs. Is it too much to ask for him to achieve 1 milestone? Instead, all we get is promised dates come and go and still no progress, or successful outcome. I think the company will fail the going concern test and it won't matter what the Yanks want. They will be able to make a deal with those dosey Angolans for it.

The world's greatest had selected a site, made a big song and dance about building the UK’S 1st rare earth facility. He then discovered later on after months and months that the selected site wasn't suitable for his grandiose plan! That really should been an alarm signal when a leader could not do a simple thing like selecting a suitable site for the plan which he had formulated. Utterly pathetic!

He is utterly useless, and Theo was right, everything he gets involve in turns to dross. If you and him cannot handle the truth, then bring it on. I don't need to wish for PRE to fail. The world's greatest is doing an exemplary job of achieving that outcome all by himself. He doesn't need any help from me. Once again, I don't need your advice on what I should do with my shares. Your ire should be directed to the person who got us where we are today. Don't you think everyone would be celebrating if the inept had managed to achieve 1 of the many milestones which he has communicated that he would achieve by certain dates?

I don't think you are qualified to give me investment advice here. I could say open your eyes and see that PRE have made no tangible progress for the past 2 years. You are OK with that, I am not. The world's greatest has given up and is now focused elsewhere.

Agreed Tony. Folks invest knowing the risks. None of us push the buy button hoping that we lose our capital. So, folks like Greek are being disingenuous like I said before.

Compare the capital position of those who heeded Theo, vs those who heeded ChinaSyn,. I am sure those who heeded Theo are way ahead re preservation of capital.

You don't need to justify yourself to the disingenuous rampers. How many missed promised dates for finance being obtained do we need before folks hold the company to account? If anyone of us failed to deliver in our jobs as the world's greatest has here, we would all be unemployed by now. Oh no, he can do no wrong.

Greek, I read the rns. I just do not have any confidence in anything the world's greatest does after he consistently failed to raise funding for the past 2 years, and failed to build Saltend which should now be in the process of being commissioned as per his earlier pronouncements.

As for M&G, this is not their 1st investment in PRE. Clearly their first investment is now under water, and didn't prevent PRE from ending up where it got to, being on the verge of bankruptcy. They clearly didn't see that coming. So, they are not an example of being smart in my eyes, and I predict that their 2nd investment will end up the same way as the 1st as long they allow the ineptitude of the world's greatest to continue as before. As for they Angolans, I don't think much of them either, but at least they will be able to take back the concessions when the world's greatest does what he does best, and fail yet again.

Sorry Mumbles, but how could you say "PRE and Pensana is well ahead of the pack" with a straight face? Where are the plants in the UK and Angola? Funding for the long term still unclear.

MP Materials is well ahead of the pack from my perspective. They have income, are well ahead in onshoring rare earth separation back to the USA. PRE will be lucky to be still around by the end of 2023.

Funding timelines means nothing to the world's greatest. You only have to look at the rns page here to see how many schedules he missed. Dates came and went with no successful outcomes. The Norwegians were meant to have it all sorted. Nowt. As for the plants, in 2023 we are supposed to be commissioning the plants and the processes with offtakes in place, and jobs created. Have a guess what happened? He has given up now even bothering to communicate with shareholders. The man explains why the British empire no longer exist.

Regarding funding for the 2nd company, the world's greatest said that finding funding would be no problem for PRE and that his priority wad to attract II and sneered at us lowly retail investors. Alas, given his track record, I fear that history will repeat itself once again.

Hi Bozi, I think the point is at this point the situation is worse than trying to raise funding. PRE doesn't have enough cash to meet Payroll and keep the lights on.
Like you, I am also waiting for our Ecuadorian tier 1 to be sold. I enjoyed reading you and Fulmar29 recent exchanges on Arc:)

Thank you for confirming the status of the second company. I didn't realise that it is also struggling for funding. A clear confirmation that 1 butt cannot ride 2 horses at the same time:)
