When the or thee placings take place does it happen like this

If its 1 placing fir every million shares someone has they will b offered 200,000 (20%) at .xp (.4p seems a common figure)

If they do 2 placings over time 50% each for every million shares someone has they will get the chance to buy 100,000 (10%) at .xp)

Is this correct

Also if there were say 2 placings over time do they have to be at the same price
