Hi D220,
Mike is also ex Reunion Mining.

I guess if the Reunion guys all worked together in the past it's no surprise for them to have a reunion but Brett and Petey joining recently seems more than that.
I'm curious as to who Braha investments are. They applied for licence next to KAV's Ditau area in December.
Nivig,
I'm not sure accepting the first stage would be wise. If acquisitions happen it seems likely that shares would be issued and probably toba company that would support stage 2 in the future.
The company needs funds but IMO shareholders need to find a way to rein in the spending but also get finance (not £6m worth at the moment). Some individuals have expressed a wish to be given an option to part in the placing on the same terms but I'm not sure how much funding they would wish to sit alongside theirs before they commit. I still think Purebond know something significant that other shareholders don't, to commit to the raise and specify those terms, but that is pure speculation on my part. Ben seemed tonsay that Purebond didn't know anything further about the Zimbabwe acquisition. I haven't been able to get access to the Botswana bore hole data base for the last couple of days.
It is good that Ben is doing a Q+A, but the delay in announcing it and the delay in it happening is less impressive.
I listened to that interview and just got annoyed again! Ditau assays will take some time and we can take our time (with exploration and drilling) were the 2 comments that really made the interview Ben!!
We have been been notice of a prospectus. The FCA need to approve it. In my opinion it is likely that the prospectus will be rushed through. In my opinion the best chance of getting the FCA to seriously look into any issues is during the period they are reviewing the prospectus. Obviously the FCA are only interested in breaches of regulations. If there are any aspects that anyone thinks warrants the attention of the FCA then now is the time to act, in order to have the best chance of success.
Reappoint the auditors is the only one that would get a positive vote from me.
I would however like to know what the fee for the previous year was about.
They were previously the auditor and have a seperate fee for the prospectus so I find the other fee intriguing.
I suspect the best chance of success at blocking it is to find out what has made KAV attractive enough for Purebond to want to take control and commit £6m and then put a viable alternative to the company. They need money, a proposal that financially supports drilling is likely to be the best option. A lot of us thought the Kanye deal was expensive but POW and Paul Johnson may not be happy with this deal.
It's difficult to know if it is the KSZ or Ditau that is the draw, both are attractive but Ditau may have less risk with the info that they know. Any thoughts on how to get more detail on Ditau? Has anyone had a look through the Bore Hive?
Statement from the Zambia Ministry of mines

Patience...
First come first served?
Certainly the share consolidation will have an impact.
In the call Nick stated that dilution agreements were outstanding so there are details still to be agreed. The following statement says INCLUDING regulatory approvals which also suggests other details still to be sorted.
'The Joint Venture Agreement, including related investments and cash payments, is subject to certain conditions precedent being satisfied, including normal regulatory approvals in Zambia.'
Anglo deal was announce 12 months ago, details are still to be sorted - what details - who knows.
Anglo were also announced as being on site a year ago.
The cadastre still appears to be in disarray, with hundreds of licences still aheas in the queue and considering recent news from Zambia there may more patience required.
Liquidsilver,
It avoided the question, I don't expect them ti publish assay results that they have yet to receive. I assume PB have, quite legitimate, access to detail that hasn't been published, however anything that is likely to have an impact on the SP should be announced. The very obvious intent if that question was for BT to confirm that Purebond had access to no material information.
Good morning Fulmar,
When you say 'she is linked to GLR etc' I assume you mean that I hold some shares. I have never tried to hide the fact that I have an interest in GLR - it was the first junior mining company I invested in. I don't have a large amount of shares in GLR but I do think the assets look promising.
'My agenda' is trying to understand why the latest KAV deal smells so off, I also have shares in KAV.
