It avoided the question, I don't expect them ti publish assay results that they have yet to receive. I assume PB have, quite legitimate, access to detail that hasn't been published, however anything that is likely to have an impact on the SP should be announced. The very obvious intent if that question was for BT to confirm that Purebond had access to no material information.

When you say 'she is linked to GLR etc' I assume you mean that I hold some shares. I have never tried to hide the fact that I have an interest in GLR - it was the first junior mining company I invested in. I don't have a large amount of shares in GLR but I do think the assets look promising.

'My agenda' is trying to understand why the latest KAV deal smells so off, I also have shares in KAV.

I'm just suggesting that there always appears to be room for 'renegotiating' the 'deal'. Look at the unpaid placing money. Purebond are potentially BT's new boss.

I am afraid that the precollaring of holes 1-5 which went against the understanding of shareholders at the time suggests that a deal would just renegotiated to accommodate any required outcome.

Note the Mimbula mine had a mine opening party when Peter, Brett and Ben were in Africa recently. Do we think Peter didn't attend? I would guess this was when they went 'straight out to the field'.

I think it is encouraging from a future resource perspective but not necessarily from a KAV shareholder perspective.

They are invested in Moxico, who own the Mimbula mine in Zambia. Peter Wynter Bee is chairman of Moxico.

The big question is does Purebond have access to material information that hasn't been disclosed in a timely manner to other shareholders.

I don't think Companies House would be that bothered that the classification hasn't changed. Sean is also director of Uranium Energy Exploration, with Teathers as a shareholder.

No cigar, not even a cigarette. Look at the AuEq values and also the requirements for a payout on underground resource.

Are now available from Companies House website. Sean Wade is now the CEO, in place of Ben. The accounts include the information that Sean has previously acted as a consultant for KAV. I have no idea if this was recent and Sean has been involved in many companies. Just thought it worth a mention.

Why did Mike Moles invest such a large sum in Jan 2022? I suspect something, that hasn't been divulged to shareholders, has been happening since then. No idea what. The unsuccessful drilling of the KCB dampens this theory but look at the odd goings on of 2022. Why are the Reunion Mining boys taking such an interest?
