I find what Kavango are doing in the KSZ very interesting and have been reading up on them a bit. They're in full pelt PR mode having issued 2 RNS yesterday so I suspect they'll have a placing next week. Their tweets about getting all the equipment to the drill site are very interesting and highlight the logistics involved in drilling the 2 planned holes - I hope they remembered the corkscrew!

They have mentioned the Cheyeza plant will likely be financed by an offtake agreement. Reading one of Anglo's reports they seem to be going for offtake agreements. I don't think there is sufficient exploration completed to go down this route yet but I wonder if the announcement at the end of the EA will be a conditional intent to enter a finance and offtake agreement on Handa in order to fund the Cheyeza plant.

Not great sums of money involved but it may generate other support and publicity. It probably also allows some very small companies to get involved exploration and may help explain the super busy drillers.

The grade for BRC014 came from the 2007 TDR ASX announcement and didn't mention copper.

It looks like the GLR website hasn't been updated since the 14th June RNS, presumably the same seller and as they're now below the threshold no TR1 required for the further selling.

I suspect a lot of the large regular blocks being sold are part of the 188m warrants in the block listing from 23rd Feb. Between March and the 7th May something like 27m additional shares were added to the registry.

I think you would find it useful to read some of the historic RNS. It appears that comms is generally after the deadlines when something doesn't happen. I agree it will look very poor if a deal doesn't happen and we haven't been told.
Having done a bit of digging it appears Rothschilds have previously been involved in some instances when mining companies have gone to arbitration. As far as I can tell from the Zambian media ARCM is reported to be in arbitration with Terra Metals. This may wrong as it's difficult to know what is reliable in info from Zambia.

I'm guessing they weren't warrants then. Was that RNS a prompt for someone to submit a TR1? The number of shares haven't changed.

The reason why I suggested warrants is that we had some recent sells on XTR that Iooked like warrants being presold, a warrant RNS dropped at 6:15pm and following morning a not so great assay RNS was issued. I think the XTR warrants were broker warrants..
