LEL 19906 is the current Handa Licence which is part of the previous Zamsort area. However, the original LPL 19906 included both and Zamsort areas which was later split (I believe) . If you look at 2015 RNS, I think, You can see that LPL 19906 was 999 km2 which is the area of Zaco and Zamsort combined.

According to the mast online the area in contention included the Kalaba extension area. This was LPL 19906 which includes current Zamsort and Zaco areas (as far as I can tell from early RNS on Zamsort).

There appears to be an injunction in place. As I've said before the Zambia info is very difficult to filter for facts so it could all be tripe but we haven't had an update. Additionally, the rig was being mobilised on Fwiji 2 weeks ago and yesterdays RNS didn't say we had started drilling. It is a relatively small sum of money being discussed but is a substantial portion of licence ownership.

You had a countdown to the end of EA - any chance of starting a count up now? :-)

I agree getting greater confidence in our copper content will help any negotiations and also dispel any doubt that the court case is preventing us from progressing exploration.

In the July 2020 Investor Call at about 37:30 Nick states he has no appetite for processing copper. I'm not sure where that fits in with the plans for FCF.
The EA ending with no extension would have been fine if a deal was agreed and it was just signing it off, but the fact that it took several months to get Anglo on board with the EA is a concern. I agree that the knowledge gained should be beneficial but the fact that AA haven't progressed to the stage of us receiving formal notification of an offer is not a good sign. It may be related to copper they expect to find in the licences but I suspect it is something else.
If Rothschilds had ANYTHING to do with that RNS then they seriously need to up their game!

I suspect that the issues that resulted in no deal started around the time the options were surrendered and the SP started it's decline. I think there is likely a link to the court case.

APR, appreciate your measured response. I agree it is not nice to lose money either on paper or as crystalised losses. The BOD needs to be held to account for it's poor comms with shareholders.

Any remaining 4.5p warrants are currently out of play so that is more good news. 3p warrants are still in play - at the moment.

Now that NVS is no longer sworn to secrecy he needs to update investors on the reason for the disappearance of the Kalaba mining licence and what is happening with the court case.

At 6.94 - well that was good timing. We should be grateful for what they have sacrificed for shareholders....

In the July 2029 Investor Call Nick discusses how it took several months to get EA on board with an EA so ending it with no deal doesn't seem particularly good news. I don't see anywhere it states an offer was tabled by AA. The loss of an excuse for no comms with investors is one positive.
