If it completes or we get a positive update with an extension it should help the SP.

They've said the claim is bogus which would not surprise me, .however there is still a court case (As confirmed via RNS) and this is Zambia. The status of any injunction needs clarifying. A court case that prevents exploration or sale of licences would be significant even if the claim is bogus.
Sturec payments update- my request may amount to the same as yours but includes clarification of the structure that any future payments would be based on.
I find it difficult to believe that a new company structure does not constitute something that requires an RNS. IF Handa and Afrimin are subsidiaries then we need to be told how they fit into the company structure.
The company built and commissioned a demo plant in order to retain their mining licence for Kalaba so some clarification on why it has disappeared would be good.
Botswana deal clarification - this will eventually be communicated by Kopore but it would be good if our BOD let us know what was happening.
I agree the plant lease is speculation but it appears to be mentioned in relation to the court case and I have not seen any RNS that refers to a plant lease.

As per my previous comments on the Ka****u licence it appears to jave been seperated from the JLP licence so would be good to get an update on ownership/transfer of the Ka****u licence. I wonder if there will be some joint deal with JLP that means a transfer is not required?

I think NVS picks up emails into that account as previously when I emailed that account the response came from NVS via his email address.

It seems this is only awaiting EMP approval before drilling starts?

News on the Botswana licences should also be available from Kopore next week. However, I think we may get an RNS this afternoon.

Drilling has been delayed previously due to public holidays.

I wonder if that was a push to get through some warrants. I have a feeling we will see some interesting info in an RNS before close of play tomorrow.

Good point about the open pit relevance to the next drill phase. It would be good if this gave some idea of the additional resource that could be claimed just from moving the cut-off.

I agree it might not include Zaco BUT the court case did appear to involve the area covered by Zamsort and Zaco. It probably depends on the detail of the injunction.
