I haven't listened to the interview yet. Has there been any mention of the drilling covering a couple of shifts a day - or is that a given ?

I raised one query with NVS and did get a response but not one that addressed the issue. I have also raised a couple of issues with the NOMAD which hasn't resulted in any action. One of these was the Sturec Royalty which I KNOW needs clarification. That is why I am going to to ask AIM Regulation to have look. There is quite a lot of detail I want to give and have not had an uninterrupted period of time to put all the info together yet.

Totally agree but even better on the 12th March they tweeted that they were fully funded. So what happened between the 12th March and the placing on the 24th March (which would not have been instantaneous on that day)? Hmmm, the directors did altruistically surrender their shares!

I wonder whèn we're starting to drill - mid July and the drilling not yet underway.

After today's RNS (Thank you Colin - keep it up) I went back and read yesterday's again. 13 holes for 8000m is an average of over 600m a hole, so not as deep as phase 1 but not exactly shallow either. I'm guessing they think there's deeper mineralisation than currently delineated that will add some easy copper to the current resource.

I suspect the longer term big seller is the warrants. The good news is that the 4.5p warrants are out of play at this price but there are ones at 3p and lower.

After 12 months in EA with ARCM no deal on the asset in Zambia has been concluded with Anglo. ARCM do say they are still in discussion with Anglo. Their court case in Zambia seems to continue to take new turns with another new witness appearing. I wonder if Anglo have taken the decision to not progess exploration in Zambia.
Additionally, I've found the KAV story in the KSZ interesting but their twitter feed showing their journey to the first drill does emphasis the logistics they are having to deal with.
Australia, close to Sydney does seem like a good location...

I agree an update is overdue. However, looking at the KAV twitter feed does reinforce the logistical exercise of starting drilling. It has taken 2 weeks from they started transporting stuff to site to get the drill set up. I guess any snags along the way can have a significant impact. Colin can we please have an update?

The RNS suggests they are determined to get the open pit economic as quickly as possible. I wonder is thay just to box off one item or is there a bigger plan....A few more pics would have been good for the IP survey and some info on the EM survey. Drilling starting very soon so newsflow should keep coming and hopefully the SP will respond appropriately.

Your list covers pretty much what I would like to see from the company, one additional item I would add
- Sturec Royalty update - there are at least 3 different versions of what the Royalty Payment is In ARC's RNS and Annual Report. This needs an update to clarify what the contract states.
- In terms of the licences / court case there is mention of a lease dated May 2020 in the court case and I haven't come across anything to do with this in any of the RNS so info on this would be useful.

I have some other items that I want AIM Regulation to look into but it will take me some time to put together the info for them.
