@Ham, yes I did do an assessment of the graphite resource value around new years. I've not maintained this, as significant favourable lab results were received since. Furthermore, I would hope jorc declaration will be made in the coming weeks. Capex is an unknown. Tbs will be easier to value, albeit conservatively

Alba will sell the Greenland assets to greenroc in exchange for shares in greenroc amounting to about half of greenroc. So alba shareholders will not be legal owners of greenroc, Alba will. In a sense alba shareholders will be indirectly beneficial owners. Whilst alba will vote on matters, you as an alba shareholder will not. There is nothing preventing you investing in greenroc after flotation. Prequalufications exist as to directly participating in greenroc as a retail investor. Alba will be subject to a lockin clause, so can't sell their shares until such lick in period is over with.

At present the progress made in Greenland, which is substantial has not been reflected in Alba's shareprice. This is the reason given by the board for the spin off. Perhaps some target investors have little interest in Alba's other projects, which will be mainly north Wales gold. In the medium term clogau st david's mine is likely to be the first to come into development.

I'm completely with you that shareholders should make critical evaluations as opposed to being flag waving n Korea style mouthpieces. Painful as criticism is, it is, if delivered and received in the correct spirit, the seed of improvement and a light in the darkness

There are very good reasons why investors would be attracted to amistoq and tbs. Even more so when jorcd. The resources are well in demand. Other Greenland resources are less well explored but never less have potential, though there exist some climatic obstacles. The 'professional investors only' may have alienated many retail investors who had invested in alba primarily for the Greenland assets as opposed to north Wales gold. I doubt anyone is invested on the strength of horsehill alone.

privately owned businesses may have sureties that directors have personally guaranteed, so it would be unfairly onerous on Byle

Your post is nonsense. Valkor are not 'walking away'. The fact that they are accepting shares as payment as opposed to cash, and those shares have limitations on disposal, is a huge statement of confidence
