I have no information in regards of the upcoming IPO. From what GF has stated in the past , then his vision for ALBA shareholders retaining exposure to Greenland assets is through ALBA's shareholding in Greenroc. Once it starts trading of course, then there is nothing stopping you from buying some Greenroc shares. From what I have seen, Greenroc's brokers are looking for professional investors as opposed to retail investors for the IPO at this stage. Perhaps an allocation may be set aside for retail investors, I dont know. I did ask primary bid if they would be involved, however they declined to comment but advised me to download the app and monitor for new offerings, which I do anyway. There's a FB Greenroc investors group.

When I watched gold Town, I saw the fuss made about removing peat to make a firm bearing stratum for a structure. It struck me that had they piled the foundation then removal of peat would have been unnecessary.

I totally agree with your last paragraph there with respect to Valkor / Greenfield trying to posture themselves as not needing the MSAR process ahead of any negotiations. All makes for a rather adolescent piece of posturing, sadly all too common.

Neverthless, with Petroteq now operating the POSP, surely it would be up to Petroteq to arrange a commercial demonstration. What possible disadvantage would there be for them to not wish the trial to go ahead ?

IS the consensus that there are concerns that QFI may be cut out of the Utah project.

As far as I gather Petroteq are operating the POSP at present, so would it not be in Petroteqs interests (and ultimately Greenfields) to have the commercial demonstration done asap ?

I suspect that the project will be financed partly by debt and partly by equity. Either that or a major will buy them out first.

If it was a single mega placing then the sp should be just shy of 1.0

Id expect a sharp rise in finance news. I don't think it will take long. It's a very credible x5 bagger

It does seem like an excellent prototype plant. If MSAR can be shown to be made from there , and SOLD , then ti would be a massive boost to the likelihood of rolling it out in other invluding Greenfield's resources

Thank you for the RNS 2nd July. It does seem to have some contradcitions with their previously stated intentions to conduct an MSAR demonstration. Nevertheless, if Greenfield no longer wish to operate it, then surely the plant as it stands reverts to Petroteq, who may well wish to continue with the MSAR trial (inviting Greenfield along as observers)

My understanding is that the POSP 500 will be used to conduct a commercial demonstration
following a successful demonstration and agreement of terms then
the POSP will come into production utilising MSAR and the end process

Until I hear differently from the parties then I have no reason to believe otherwise

The risks are :-
Technical : will it work (Im confident it will)
Commerical: i) will sales avenues for MSAR be found within an economically suppliable geographic range ii) will the operator agree to enter into a licencing agreement with QFI

It hardly matters who the operator is since the MSAR process has the potential to add considerable profitability to the existing plant's output.

Naturally, if the POSP is producing MSAR and the operator making sales and profits with little technical difficulty then it will be far more attractive to Greenfield (or their heir an successors) who would be running the 5000 bopd x 2 plants
