naturally the converse would also be true

wrt to end to placings, Bergen have already been kicked into touch so the timing of and action of ordering the equipment and unilaterally terminating Bergen is a rather strong indication of confidence in imminent revenue.

I would by happy to up my investment once they show they can close a deal.

Because it is such a critical time for this business, vague statements can be interpreted as evasive and non committal to anything other than obtaining funding to carry on as they were. Not with my cash.

15 g Au / T ore is a good grade if that was repeated and also found at Clogau then it would represent a very good income stream

can you substantiate your assertion that "mining cost a lot less then" with some published reputable cost indeces ?

If I still worked as an engineer in a related field and my wages had gone up by the same ratio as the increase in price of gold then I would be earning stacks of cash

I'd guess LTH have committed as much as they want to. Greater demand for these shares (and thus higher SP) will only come with new investors or dividend payments. I'm quite happy to wait around for the divvies in about 4 years time.

Ive previously posted on future value and how it could be conserved with the scarcity being diminsished. My SP projections attributable to Clogau-St Davids are based at gold at commodity prices.

When ore is mined it is effectively like taking a bulk sample. So a bulk sample is going to be more representative of the grade for that area of the mine. As the gold is variously distributed then a core is not representative of the grade, however, it is very useful in confirming the presence with accuracy of a quartz vein, which is where gold is deposited in this sort of geological setting.

Think of it like playing battleships. E5 .. miss A4 miss ... does not mean there are no ships

That's an interesting question on the 5% for PQE, because the problems with the project before was that so much cutting solvent had to be left in the product to make it useable. .... so much so, they couldnt make any money on it. Now, Valkor have some clever bods, so the adjustments to the plant may improve the situation.

As I understand it, QFI would be looking for a %age of the uplift from what you'd get from the POSP only output to the final product. So, that means that the cutting solvent recovered would be part of that uplift. ... What I do know, this needs to be dealt with sharpish.

They could have taken samples (and I thought they already had) from the previous POSP run. In any case, its within everyone's interest to get this sorted asap rather than lurching from one placing to another.

Yes Sarir. I agree with the msar being a huge multiplier for all. I wonder, since there is little or not sulphur in the raw material, if it could be classified as a suitable directly useable by shipping ? I suppose that's on of the things that the tests will tell.

I'm reiterating by view that I've posted many times before, for the benefit of new readers.
Based on personal experience (albeit 28 years ago with no pandemic), fastest lab turnarounds were 2 weeks which would have made 11 November the first feasible date. The previous assay tests done for Alba here took 2 months to turn around which makes the latest feasible date as 28 December. Only my opinion, but we are "in the zone".

I think valkor input has been a game changer though I'm disappointed qfi didn't get a sample to work with. With msar we aren't selling crude oil we're selling a useable product.

its a practice i have seen around many other shares being manipulated, particularly ALBA, I guess it is part of a tree shake where by altering the average price of a trade with many low value trades, buys can be made to look at sells when interpreted by many PI sites. So people unsure of their reasons for holding get panicked when they see a "sea of red", but really its an illusion. You may see in 24 to 48 hrs some big late reported trades.

Someone told me that with Level 2 you can see big trades being filled etc, Ive not played with it myself .

The timing couldn't be worse for the placing. We were told that a cash runway was there until Q2 21 and if a commercial deal had been struck with greenfield by now or in the very near future then far fewer shares would be in the conversion than is the case. Why not take the necessary sample the posp 500 first run. It could be in UK within two weeks by container. Christmas has two Bank Holidays, by second week of Jan they could have everything they need for the trial. There is no excuse for a deal not to be done with Greenfield by the end of January 21. If done it should carry forward to the 10 kbopd plant which at least valkor which I have confidence with will drive through

I doubt QFI would accept 5% It would be in all parties' mutual interest if the QFI reward was done on the basis of uplift, i.e. the value added from tar to ULSHFO which I think it would meet. It baffles me (as also a QFI holder) why they wont reach that agreement now, ahead of the trial. By dragging this out until sometime in Q1 2021 then QFI run the risk of running out of cash and having to go cap in hand with a low SP to Bergen for another £2M convertible loan note. If they did the deal before that, then the SP would rise so the conversion would be for a fewer number of shares, if needed at all
