That's an interesting question on the 5% for PQE, because the problems with the project before was that so much cutting solvent had to be left in the product to make it useable. .... so much so, they couldnt make any money on it. Now, Valkor have some clever bods, so the adjustments to the plant may improve the situation.
As I understand it, QFI would be looking for a %age of the uplift from what you'd get from the POSP only output to the final product. So, that means that the cutting solvent recovered would be part of that uplift. ... What I do know, this needs to be dealt with sharpish.
They could have taken samples (and I thought they already had) from the previous POSP run. In any case, its within everyone's interest to get this sorted asap rather than lurching from one placing to another.
