Wasn’t a criticism Bullseye, just feel that you may be disappointed if you’re expecting a huge pay down of the debt. But also trying to say that we should not be too fatalistic if there is only a small reduction as long as long as inventory is being shifted. Not long to wait now, it’s all about the direction of travel for me.

I think that realistically, all we should really be looking for is any reduction in debt and an overall picture that we can survive in the medium term with no improvement in the geopolitical situation.
Obviously we are not going to get rich until the institutions return, which won’t happen while the company remains a political hot potato. In the meantime we need to learn to walk again before we can run.

We’ll the investor call wasn’t everything g I’d hoped for. Lots of unanswered questions and the ‘de merger’ is not much more than in the pipeline. Having said that, and as the more more sensible contributors on here have pointed out many times, there are few better long term holds out there than POLY. Patience is a virtue.

So a couple of things we can take from Putin’s speech today:

1) No imminent end to the conflict. He wants the Donbas, Ukraine won’t lay down and give it to him.

2) Little to no existential threat to POLY from the Russian side. ‘ Vladimir Putin says Russia will develop as an open economy, and will never step along a path to isolation, despite the unprecedented sanctions imposed by the West’

You’re absolutely right, unfortunately it’s what 95%+ of what this BB discusses.

I think the point that is often overlooked here is this: If on July 21st, production remains in line with forecasts and debt servicing remains largely unaffected, then this will bag from its current level, war or no war. People saying that fundamentals don’t apply here, of course they do, it is the fear of the unknown dragging the SP down. I’m looking forward to filling in the blanks. You’d have to prise my shares out of my hand with a crowbar before July 21st. After the update, we can all reevaluate our stance.

Bet that a few stop losses got hit today. Another tool to relinquish the PI of their shares.

The company have said that it’ll be in place by the end of June. It’s currently the 9th of June. I wouldn’t clock watch if I were you.
