Stock cheque you were kind enough to post an estimated timeline of future events recently, would you ind re-posting it with any updates? Yes I could go back and find it but it may prove positive for new members who have only recently joined and have missed the benifit of that post.

Docit, I too take on board your comments and having been burnt on UKOG "Seen it, smelt it, touched it" famous last words from Stephen Sanderson regards Broadford Bridge oil stike, your not wrong regards AIM and many of the directors who run the comanies, but.. these directors appear to be heavily invested themselves, provide a fair amount of information so I am happy to sit tight for the moment.

Current market cap is well below asset value, lots of news to come on arbitration as well as the solar energy so I believe its a case of wait and see for now.

Docit, I have been in many a share, over the last 15 years of investment I have dipped in to oil and gas more times than I care to mention.

Id rather be in this share where the directors are buying in, where the news flow is positive, where the aquisitions are weekly at the moment and where directors are giving interviews and above all actually answering questions, compaired to the likes of UKOG or Synergy Energy where directors did not buy in and avoided questions at all costs.

You mention bonuses and the 633k shares purchased, I believe Andrea Cattaneo now holds over 50 million shares in the company and Luca Benedetto close to 15 million shares, i'd class that as balls deep with their faith in the company.

Im happy to hold... Bought more yesterday and will buy again if this takes another dip.

I wouldnt class it as a drop as its been 3.5 to sell all week, no difference today, but the ask has dropped closing the spread from 20% to 2% which is where it should be.

Looking forward to AC's interview on Tuesday and if that affects the share price.

What is surprising is how Selan could think they were in a position to give an ultimatum? You dont suggest 14 million $ if you think you hold all the cards, if you hold all the cards why bother paying anything at all? Selan must know they could not have simply taken Synergia hence the offer and in that case, shareholders should now refuse it IMO. Yes another placing would have been required but at that point Roland and all others should have taken significant pay decreases. Even now, one ponders what they are currently doing whilst we are in the 180 closed period to justify their salary each day?

No PR at all on the rigs, it feels like we get more communication from HSBC with their TR1's than we do from Synergy.

Considering selling my holding... Waiting here till December whilst I see other shares rise is soul destroying.

As I mentioned yesterday, Zenith NET assets are 50 million, yet their current market cap is only 18 million? IMO this is heavily over sold but the market makers are having a field day scooping up as many share as they can at this rate knowing full well that Directors and Private investment are in a locked out period until annual accounts are produced, IMO time to follow the MMs as enjoy the low share price if your investing now and sit tight.

I suspect Zenith will be racing to get the publication of 2025 FY annual audited report submitted on time (end of July) or before time (any day now) which will release them to directly invest in the company, will be interesting to see what happens with the share price then.

Perhaps those in charge of the defence for Tunisia will bear your comments in mind of settling out of court over the next couple of months before this gets to the Switzerland Supreme Court.

The director/private investors of ZEN have already said they will keep financing the court costs until the job is done.

Interesting to hear Andrea state that they - all private investors will be investing in the company as soon as the closed period is over once they provide the latest full year accounts.

If net assets are worth over £50 million and as I mentioned that puts the market cap at 2.5 times the current value then this should be closer to 10p

Zenith Energy Ltd.'s net assets, according to their 2024 balance sheet, were £49.98 million. This figure is derived from subtracting total liabilities (£90.04 million) from total assets (£140.02 million)

So based on asset alone, the market cap should be 2 1/2 times what it is currently which would put the share price at approximately 10p

Surprised it fell as far as it did.

The silence is not helping the share price, mind you, news on increasing our CCS investment would be worse.

I can only imagine that the discussions around purchasing old assets were when we purchased the jet pump.

I find it very difficult to understand why we have done so much of the technical side to prove up the potential of getting gas out using the jet pump to then see why we should just quit... It can only mean that the JV on a time line was not water tight and Selan are able to drag their feet, Roland's last meeting in India must have been to agree to this deal and not just to secure a rig.

I wish I could see all the figures and a break down so I could make my own assessment on whether we should have been given an opportunity to further support the company financially with all costs including salaries put on hold.

For now with no news on the horizon what will support the share price? We don't even know what the next plan is?
