I think it's a bit distracting TBH. If you're so ****ed off that you want the CEO gone, then it's a lot easier just to sell and go somewhere else. As my previous posts have hopefully shown, I'm not defending HAA or his actions in any way, but we have to look at the investment case here and not get bogged-down. Realistically, a placing was on the cards - we had no money. The size and way it was done leave a sour taste for sure, but time to move on IMO.
I have a far more important question on my mind - should *I* stay or should I go, and I am genuinely conflicted on this question. The upside from the assets is appealing, but I am hardly inspired by the current management.
The real question, for the short-to-medium term anyway, is whether TK wil get financed in the next few months. I really don't feel I have a good answer to this fundamental question. Indeed it is by no means certain we'll even be able to hold on to the licenses for long enough to make it happen! I'm inclined to say that if I can't be confident that it will happen, then I'll sell. If I can be confident, I'll stay, at least for that SP spike. What do y'all think?
