Totally agree chaps, if spod for sc6 can be $2500 plus then the figures for what kod is producing are strong enough for a long term future and a decent profitable operation. I think the lithium market is still immature so hoping we don’t see a drop under $1500 anytime in the future.

Yep for sure George, stage 2 is critical for long term success of Kod. TBH I was surprising how little tinkering was required on the DMS. I’d be surprised if Hainan didn’t take stage 2. They need a consistent supply of spod, so it’s in their interest to do stage 2. My gut feeling is still await resource upgrade and pounce, offer northwards of 1p. If mre gets to 50mt that’s what I’d do if I was Hainan. And providing lithium holds northwards of $1.5k of course.

Also floatation plants tend to achieve higher quality spod vs DMS plants I believe.

Realisations have got to be coming soon…and last one was £2.6m. Agree medium long term hold. The tide will change as there are some decent companies in there especially cameramatics and vizgard.

Latest pres states aisc $647 pt. Sp angel is forecasting $750 pt. I’d rather wait and see what this actually comes in at. I agree we all as investors need to know this, and they must confirm what this is. Probably from the first quarterly results. Not long to wait, kod is making a profit with current lithium prices which is critical.

Thanks for sharing Lav. I agree it’s a fantastic interview and Bernie looked very relaxed. Also it’s good that he reassured us all regarding the quality that’s slightly less than what they wanted but Hainan are keen to mop it up! I wonder for those experts how hard it would be to increase the quality? I’m excited for the future here, especially for other lithium projects but also gold. I think he’s hinting about a possible JV got the gold. Lots to look forward to in 2026! Stage 2 is all up for grabs too.

The positive news is good but the only think that will substantially re rate the SP is decent chunk of realisations. It’s been almost a year since the last one for GV…

Last realisation was almost the entire market cap of Mindflair…nuts.

Vizgard is the one I’m super excited about. Valuation is likely to be strong, hopefully a decent exit for MFAI at some point.

Plus even if the project did go ahead you’re looking at probably 8-10 years to get it up and running with MREs FID, financing, building the mine etc so it won’t really affect kod. It’s super important we’re now a producer with lithium spod prices forecasted to be higher in 2026 and 2027 which means it translates to a bumper balance sheet.

Also not to forget Reuters is a shambles and has mis reported numerous incidents before so I do not trust them.
