Plus payback based on 2k dollars per tonne is 2 months. At current prices payback under 1 month. Quite frankly that ****es over every other large scale project I’ve ever seen.

But the risk is priced into the share price. If this was in a safer government the share price would already be multiples of current. And no doubt in my mind when financing is agreed kod will fly. Market cap £43m for a mine that can achieve billions in revenue…just think about that.

Mr008 the issue is that on first reading it doesn’t sound great. However on further investigation Sorem is only for NEW ground plus we already have a license valid for 12 years. Therefore means Kod is unaffected by what you said.

Mining is absolutely critical to the Mali government when it comes to contributing to gdp. They’re not stupid and now set up Sorem which is new projects only and Kod will be unaffected by this (checked this with St Brides) so no doubt they are keen to get lithium out of the ground asap which will be a game changer for the government.
