Another decent day for Prem. I firmly believe our time will come and I’m expecting some buys to come in next Thursday for start of the tax year, we will see. Around one month to wait for the big $100m to come in, we hope.

And yep Dazgard maybe around 0.7 seems like a good estimate for now, around x2 if where we are and it’s only the start

Yeah v hard to accurately forecast to be honest, but I’m pretty confident that once the $117m comes in we should be above 0.5 ie what Hainan paid. It may well be above this but I’m pretty sure it will be above where we are currently at. Once we start producing in around 12 months from start of build that’s where the real money will come in, in my opinion. Just so undervalued at £65m, huge potential for a massive increase over a few years.

Hi Okawashy, I don’t think it matters tbh. All about getting the $117m in, and with approval from Chinese and Malian governments, start construction on the DMS plant which is likely to take 12 months or so. Not long to wait until megabucks providing there aren’t any hiccups, but Bernie hasn’t let us down so far.

Exactly why I sold some yesterday, so that I can free up cash to go BIG come 6th April…it’s not a big deal.

My guess is a sell, but we don’t know for sure. And again nothing to be concerned about if so, think there may be some sells between now and end of financial year then may buy again as of 6th Apr, we will see.

Ps if that makes no sense I apologise I’ve sunk a lot of beer and wine for a business lunch

I think the one thing everyone agrees on if that Kodal is significantly undervalued. The thing is no one knows knows by how much. But get in at these crazy low prices whilst you can…surely once the $100m comes in we should see a re rate, think about the long term imo.

For me it’s not about how many shares necessarily, just about the journey. Hopefully everyone can see a return based on what kodal shares they have. Not many AIM shares are more than fully funded ie DMS build will cost $65m, we have $117m coming our way, an incredible deal and massively de risks the project. There are a load of different share price projections out there, I’d like to ideally see around 1p in 12 months time and then when we are producing 2-3p, but who knows. It has the potential to be a lot higher especially considering we aren’t even talking gold here. These are only my thoughts so please Dyor.

Oh no Horult, nothing more annoying than having to wait for processes out of your control. There is also no firm agreement in exactly when it clears, they say oh it could take up to X days hence why playing it safe by selling some now to give enough time to load up on 6th…but it’s a gamble as news might land sooner. Exciting times ahead for sure!

Ps incase anyone is looking at doing a similar exercise check if your account can do a bed and isa, Freetrade can’t fyi. So takes 2-3 for cash to settle then a further 3-5 days to go back into your bank account apparently, so takes a bit of time.

Indeed Clapa the race is on, sold a few today so that I can free up some £ to max out on 6th…on 37m now and hopefully the RNS can wait until new tax year, but if it lands earlier so be it. Think there will be a ton of action come start of tax year on 6th in my opinion so people can load the boat before the big $100m lands!

I think we may see a little slip in the share price when people in their GIA sell to possibly free up some spare cash and plough in on 6th April…that’s exactly what happened last year here.

Hi Potty Time in theory buying now is a good time, in essence once the $100m arrives (due by 30th April but they could extend this date) it should re rate (Hainan buying at 0.5). But up to you of course, best of luck whatever you choose.

The new shares are due to be admitted on or before 23rd March (106m shares). Any idea of how this will affect the share price? I imagine as it’s such a low percentage it won’t have any impact?

Yeah also interesting point re no guarantee full payment of $100m by 30th April. They paid the deposit on the 9th working day (deadline was 10th) so using the same I’d expect payment just before 30th April but of course we never know. They may decide to pay after this but their pockets are very deep and it’s in everyone’s interest to get the DMS built as soon as possible. I’d expect a reasonable uplift during start of new ISA season (looking at last year this happened with KOD) once people realise there is likely to be a significant re rate once the $100m lands.

Hi Dazgard yep that’s right, all resources into Bougouni for now. Once that’s up and running then I’d expect them to focus a bit on gold, but they knew lithium is where significant £ is. So drilling to firm up hopefully more resource and building the DMS plant priority number one. I’m not expecting any significant good news anytime soon, unless there is a potential buyout of course.
