No to the resolution, furthermore l shall be sending canmex an email today confirming that l intent to raise a motion of no confidence in the present BOD and await to see if l get a reply ,it a sign of madness to keep doing the same thing over and over again and expect a different result the next time ,we need a change in management and new blood ,a really good project manager ,lm sure canmex could manage this mine better than prem with the right person in place ,plenty local labour ,not rocket science, yes and the only thing George has up his sleeve is a nice shiny role bought from his big far salary for making an absolute feck up of this project

I just find it all very strange,no offer of a JV from canmex throughout all these shanigans ,really proves that they are not interest in half or sharing, they want and will take the whole lot

Until equipment or machinery is fully commissioned, and signed over to the contractor ,the ownership remains with the supplier or the sub contractor

I am up to speed with contract law ,stark may not be able to recover there new parts but they can forbid prem from using them ,

And just to add from a legal angle ,if stark have installed new Parts to the mill and having been paid for them ,they can of course issue a stay forbidding prem to run the mill ,all could get nasty and drag on for years ,
