The plant is up and running ,a new quarry has been born in Zimbabwe, providing plenty of good quality various size stones for hardcore

So what George really stated as you pointed out tae,there was no planning undertaking to build the plant ,there was no approval of plans ,there was no consultant engineer ,or similar to oversee everything ,for a small fee ,so George just handed a company with no past experience in this field over $25m of shareholders money ,how backward was that
