What l find so difficult to get my head around ,Prem awarded Stark a contract to build a plant suitable for its needs ,they failed ,he then instructed them to add am additional mill ,at there costs ,he pays them millions $ it fails ,he then instructed them to increase the size of the overall plant for more millions ,to me bad management ,he should have had stark in court 6 months ago,he said he lied to shareholders because he acted on the information been passed to him,we'll that misinformation was coming from stark looking after there own interest ,and now he's going to pay them more for more misleading information. Not what l would call good management, surely it would have been better to dump stark way back and employ a company that knew what they were doing ,
