Am unable to get onto the court website on my laptop and my phone - had the same issue last week.

If anyone is able to get on there, please can you keep us posted? Thanks

I reckon there are five potential outcomes for Monday:

1. Court rules in PAT's favour. Happy days.

2. Court rules in GoR favour. PAT sues.

3. JV announced. Happy days.

4. JV talks progressing, further delay in court process.

5. PAT draws stumps and sues.

Of these, I think that 4 is the most likely.

What's the next resistance point on the chart pls?

Time in Rajasthan is GMT +5:30, and historically the orders/judgments have been published towards 1pm BST.

As an aside, is anyone else struggling to get on to the court website? Thanks

Price paid is creeping up, so fingers crossed it becomes plain sailing from here.

The next court date is Monday - it will be interesting to see if the arbitration finance decision makes any difference to what goes on there.

I have to say I'm pretty underwhelmed regarding the share price action thus far.

What do we think is going on here then?

When you hit search, the court listing is numbered CW 13521 - click on this and you'll be able to read all of the orders/judgments and see the next listing dates etc.

Apologies; a poor turn of phrase on my part. GoR were objecting in the strongest terms that Panthera were causing delays to the court process.

Confirmation of the LCM funding obviously showed why the GoR was keen to settle this past couple of court dates, but I was wondering what your thoughts are regarding the hearing on 11th?

The trades are a sea of blue with some chunky buys coming in. A couple of interviews plus FOMO over the Bank Holiday weekend will stick a rocket up the share price

Thanks Prof. Think the court case is on 11th as 9th is a Saturday. Nonetheless, there are only 2 working weeks between now and then.

The due diligence and arbitration funding decision has been worth the wait and has exceeded expectations. An extra, huge dollop of pressure has just been added to GoR.
