The 60 odd tenements, I am not sure about? They need drilling and urgent plans (money) to move forward. They cost us money to just keep hanging on to, of course! Where and how will this resolve itself? Is this why so many Board Members were gathered in London? Finance?

The problem and importance of a "Chairman" is definitely understood. Many fund managers will not invest without proper complete management structures, so counts us out.
