It's worth noting that Kiwara didn't own 100% of their Zambian licence area when they were bought out by FQM for $260m. I can't remember the exact details off the top of my head but it's worth looking through the Kiwara RNS history for those that haven't already.

Two articles showing interest in Zambia from major miners.
Very happy with the progress this week. Hargreave Hale now onboard, confirmation of negotiations and finally a real reaction seen in the SP. Dry January is now cancelled.
Hopefully some form of partnership with Anglo will be announced 'shortly' and a major discovery or two later in the year.
Agree it's good to look at all angles but having been looking for copper in Zambia for 7 years not finding anything and then suddenly advertising jobs after completing their tech review on Arc it certainly looks good from our point of view.

All licences can be seen here
I did notice when I checked one of the jobs on the Anglo website that it showed the location as being in the far west where Anglo already hold licences. I would say that's just because they can't publicly show it as Zam/Zac though.
I don't think it's a coincidence that these jobs have become available just after Anglo have announced their technical work is complete.
