morning....something will have to give...either wages will have to move up pretty quickly to satisfy affordability criteria...=inflation=interest rises..it can become a vicious circle.....i personally see house prices plateauing and even a small correction downwards especially if the cost of living crisis deepens and goes on for a lot longer than expected....many people today with a mortgage now have only seen low rates...god knows what would happen if they went back to an average 10%
