I assume you don’t hold shares, so why the need to post on a company that you don’t have a financial interest in, and it amuses you, says an awful lot about your character and personality.

I believe it’s fair to say that any peace agreement would include the lifting of sanctions, if that would mean the removal of all sanctions from day one, who knows.

I could be wrong but I recall an amount of 500k was available from the loan facility in respect of listing associate d costs.

I believe you bought a few shares at what 2.20ish as you thought there would be a spike on Trump winning election, so why don’t you sell now a for a small profit.

It’s nothing to do with the US being friends with Russia now. The US and western world have grown tired of the war and the economic impact it is having. These countries have their own issues and the funding of Ukraine has a limit.

The West wanted to Ukraine to be in the best position possible to negotiate peace from a position of strength, this hasn’t materialised.

Untold deaths and suffering on both sides, pretty much a stalemate and Russia isn’t going to be kicked out.

Impossible to put a time line on a negotiated settlement, but surely 6-12 months and the picture will look very different.

OSF - Actually CS did previously state the company were going to keep their heads down/low profile due to the situation in Ukraine.

This was stated at the last AGM that was held in person.

I attended and I specifically recall another attendee asking CS this question.

Couple of points regards potential haircuts.

The point has been made that transactions are often treated on a case by case basis.

Plus the 35% tax deducted would be after any market value adjustment.

One message I got from the webinar is that CS is determined to both get a sale but also to ensure a fair value is achieved.

If this means the process takes longer then so be it.

I’m sure buyers are very aware that the geopolitical situation can change very quickly and to wait for a major improvement will result in a higher sales value.
