Is there anychance we can all please make peace at least for while - give the bod plus old and new investors a chance ? 99% of aim companies miss targets the majority set them with good intentions. Unlike most MYN is funded has real assets and neat diversity investments the value is there, it’s clearly not recognised and way oversold. Nobody knows anything further unless they are on bod, and fighting between us won’t help or change anything Let’s all try be noble - make peace and encourage positive

What’s happened can only be for the greater good. I remember thinking months back that although Eddie had done a great turn around job with some neat investments, but he was also in so deep into PQE not only did they give him a place on the board he was spending all his time energy there too and not mayans bread and butter assets - Eddie can now crack on making mayans investment in them grow for us and him (remember he’s still holding some shares at 70+p?) and the new board now have the time space and at least some finances to monetise the other assets - the lack of this the main reason for the SP dropping so low - shorters and derampers haven’t helped - but not the main reason for the drop. So for me they’ve got till Christmas to move the earth and excite us all - Good look to all !

Like most Im well under water with myn plus many others and I’d find it hard to believe at least 99% of PI’s out there arnt underwater across the board with their aim portfolios too - there’s no new money coming in because sentiment and confidence to invest / gamble as a whole is so low due to our own exterior issues in the UK. even the good aim companies are mostly quoted as worthless by current mkt cap, any good news gets sold into - fairly bad news destroys them - look at char today Char and many others example UKOG Make myn look cheap as chips and in reality in a much better position than many others

Only thing we might presume - whoever has attended, or who has knowledge is holding at least for now, probably because all resolutions were passed overwhelmingly which must have taken some convincing Btw The 0.21 sells are buys - Cos there mine and Why not ! 3mil mkt cap with cash decent assets and at least some production and a plan

Well there’s some great science and calcs there mr English you could well be right and I might be wrong. But I believe the only relevant question is what do Rita and the board want to really have happen ? They obviously want a viable future with an income stream for them and sink or swim the assets pledged to be sold to settle the loan will have to be sold (unless a takeover or other occurs before proposed delist date) WED would not have took shares at 0.35 unless they could either sell at a quick profit before delist (unlikely) or hold long term and they cannot influence the vote - so presuming they expect to delist they have to have a plan to make use of the remaining interest in the 60 / 70 something remaining wells with a finance Plan - and that’s why I’ll be staying in with at least some shares

I still think 55 / 45 against - Wonder what the 5k buyer knows that we don’t - no say in the vote so either short term kill, longer term hold or blind gamble -
