If they deliver at least 1/2 of what they indicate over the next few months I’m sure it will Ajax - problem at the moment is the bitter after taste / lack of trust / sentiment much caused by forces beyond our control and much proved now to be without real substance tbh I’m really impressed with the RNS and the work / due diligence - agreements Increases in working interest particularly terminating the staff and bringing in seasoned professionals is the major call for me - this is the expected work / activity / outlook of a 2.5 mil mkt cap company - more a 10 to 20 mil

Plans and new agreements Sound absolutely fantastic - way above expectations - but the placing ouch ! How many will get flipped this morning - I’m not selling no point

Appreciate the frustration - even the most positive have to be frustrated - I’ve emailed them too with a very carefully worded constructive polite letter - no response as I expected But then what could they even indicate to me either positive or negative that was on the cards ? I’ve been sat on NUOG with 12mil market cap for over 2 years awaiting the promised transformational news (FRR too now left Aim with 50 mil cap massive debt / legals) - the only things that have arrived are discounted placings dusters broken promises delays - and too date NUOG still haven’t produced a drop of oil / gas so I’ve now pulled most my holding. Only thing we know for sure is there will be a MYN update anytime and if they want to get a placing away before or during it will need to be very positive (unlike last RNS) and you never know maybe a premium placing, or maybe even an agreement that this 3rd party is taking care of some / most of costs in the multiwell work over spoke of last summer - we are where we are - good look all genuine holders !

There are a number of basic business reasons to be confident the SP of this current 1/4 mil mkt co will be much higher in the near future - the Chinese and their desire for the cheap energy up to 7 bil tons of open cast coal retrievable will produce, plus the Australians need to create their own greedy wealth getting it out for them. The chances of this have now considerably increased with the 2 chinese back on board, which has to be their sole ambition. Only two question left is funding - is the 35 mil still available ? - who will be the UK director as he will be the route to listing back on AIM. So defo a long term hold with top slice a trade or too in the interim for me

It would be pointless to have any placing until they’ve at least delivered some good news to lift the SP which Tbh won’t be difficult, they shouldn’t be desperate just yet and can always sell PQE or one of the other assets - and do a lucrative raise later if needs be
