Yes, I am minded to suggest this is possibly the cheapest share on the market right now.

It is a very quiet company - not one to make an announcement about each lump of coal it extracts from the ground.

Break even appears to be around $100, so at the current AP14 level, profit and cash will be extraordinary.

The 2020 balance sheet had £16m of net assets, so market cap is already well under that figure.

Beyond the coal mining side, there is the London property, a part of which currently has a planning application in for 56 flats in place of existing (well let) commercial property.

Currently, it is valued at something like £160m cash and the investments at just £850m. That seems like an end of the world discount.

The key difference is that manufacturers like Ford will ensure there is always a presence in every town. If a Ford franchise fails, another is in place that day.

The price of coal in 2021 is going to make profit for the year very close to market cap.

The article in Share News is totally wrong to say that Brammall is associated with Constellation.

Constellation bought Brammall's shares, and they have history of paying large premiums for car dealers.

Someone bought 6% of the shares at 102p yesterday. When do they have to make an announcement about that?

Someone bought 22n shares at 102 yesterday afternoon.

At 90p, its market cap is just 3.4 times 2021 earnings.

Insane.

It's going to make c. £100m in 2021.

Current cap is just over £300m.

Still insanely cheap.

Can anyone explain why a company making a £35m profit and with net assets of £150m is worth £3.4bn?
