Trust me. But I much prefer the £1 fantasy.

However the endless comments that if you sell at this price you’re a shorter are tiring.

I’m renovating a house in Spain, I’m going to buy a nice titanium road bike, and if I can do all that whilst my afc holding has been almost/completely de risked - well I’m happy taking profit as it fits my calculations.

After years of aggressive averaging down that at times felt insane, I am in a healthy profit and so I sold a small % of mine yesterday AND I intend to keep doing it. I could soon end up with a free run and maintain very sizeable holding that IF this comes close to as good as some of you talk about - means I would never work again.

I’m not a veteran of this game yet, not even close, but after years of mistakenly holding for the next sp milestone that only existed in my head I am sticking to my strategy, and I think everyone else should stick to theirs.

This is not a binary believer/shorter situation. It is a mechanism to (potentially) make (a lot of) money - and everyone should make a strategy, stick to it and ignore advice from anyone - me included

Insanely overexposed here from averaging down for far too long. Heart said no, but finally starting to feel the weight lift!

Let’s hope this really is the beginning we all think it might be.

A bit of excitement today - and why not, it’s overdue.

However… we were told this was coming, in the slides, in interviews etc so why is everyone getting excited? Did we not believe them?

Not 100% - no.

We have become so accustomed to false promises/dawns. Perpetually let down.

Now however, there is an inkling that this new team not only delivers on their word, but overdelivers…. For me that’s FAR more important than today’s news, as great as it is, because if that continues this changes from “are they real” - to - “how big could this get”

That’s the problem of waiting for a bus, that (so far) has failed to turn up. You sit there so long that the fear of missing it if it ever actually arrives stops you leaving when you know you should have done long ago.

5.5 months ago JW stated in the presentation video that he hoped that after finalizing numbers the commercial terms would be agreed and with it the name of the S&P 500 company could be shared. Assuming he knows what he's doing, and he comes across well, that puts us at any time NOW....

You'd hope (some decent) commercial terms with this illusive partner will be the game changer we all need.

Years of averaging down has left me so exposed and praying this is finally the year.
